Pascal's place is a real paradise. This house is oriented towards the outside and perfectly meets our expectations. Even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the start, I can only highly recommend it. We'll be back soon!

This place was great - the pool was lovely, lots of space in the house. Flo, the manager, was easy to get ahold of, and the owner of the property brought us a new coffee maker on our last night because the one at the house had broken. They all went the extra mile. I’m not sure about the beach access - it was about a 8-10 minute walk down to the “main road”, and there were some AMAZING restaurants right there, Or a 2 minute drive down the road. However, the walk to the main road was all downhill, meaning our after-dinner walk was all uphill - so be prepared. It’s certainly walkable, but maybe not great for seniors, small children, or those with mobility difficulties. We never did find a simple walk to the beach, but it was a short drive to a couple of quiet beaches. We’d stay at this property again.

We had a great stay at Villa Flagrantia. Nada's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa looked just like the photos, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the space was. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and other essentials, which made cooking easy. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer available, along with laundry supplies provided. One suggestion: the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The tub is quite slippery and could be hazardous without extra grip or support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa!

We had a great time. Ginny provided us with a fact sheet prior to our arrival, allowing us to preplan trips while on the island. That was a big help, so we did not spend our time being "lost" trying to find a place to go. Ginny answered all of our questions, and even those that we thought of AFTER getting more information! Great , relaxing time just as we had hoped. Now if the Airlines were just that good, ......

Beautiful villa with stunning views. Very private location. Well equipped. Wonderful large deck and infinity pool. The property manager met us at airport and was very nice and very responsive. It is a very steep walk up the hill from the beach. I would recommend it to friends.

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s quiet and perfectly appointed. Chloe and Wendy are both so nice and easy to talk with. They are high vibration people!

Coco de Mer is a fantastic spot with amazing views - perfect for two couples. We will recommend it to anyone staying in St Barts. When you stay at a place like Coco de Mer, staying in for the day is a treat rather than a waste of a vacation day. Roger, Vivi, and Julia are very responsive and helped us immensely with recommendations and feeling welcome. Merci beaucoup! We can’t wait to come back!

This is our second time staying here in this lovely villa. Zou was very attentive to our needs. This property is both immaculate and beautiful. Can't wait to return to this little oasis!

We absolutely loved our stay. The details really stood out here and made our stay exceptional. Wonderful linens and everything was so comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was lovely and a nice place for a quick dip in the evening. The location of this place was ideal for us and was close to everything and peaceful. The view was wonderful for relaxing out in the porch!

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre’s Airbnb. The room and bathroom were spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere . The property boasts breathtaking views over the lagoon, best enjoyed from the pool and sunbathing area— which are even more beautiful than in the photos. The rental is connected to the main house, so we could occasionally hear conversations from the next room, but this was minimal and didn’t bother us, especially since we were out exploring most of the time. Pierre and his family were wonderful hosts — warm, welcoming, and always respectful of our privacy. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Flamand’s loft. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. We were so impressed with the attention to detail, cleanliness, and comfort of the loft. Nicolas has thought of everything and is a very gracious host with great communication and insight about the island. The views from the loft are stunning. Our girls loved playing in the private pool, which had warm water and was well maintained. One of our favorite days was hiking to Colombier beach, very close to the loft. Nicolas recommended this to us and we were oh so grateful! It is a bit of a walk down but we felt completely safe with our 9 and 6 year olds and made it with no issues. Well worth it! Beautiful island and top notch Airbnb!! Would love to return one day! Thank you Nicolas!

2 night stay is a little last minute in high season. Great welcome (a little complicated to find but with the instructions it was OK). Great restaurants (Oasis and BZH) nearby. Top view of the terrace. Large shower and good bedding (even with my extra pounds). Thanks again

Selected for the beauty of the location, pool and price! Frank was an excellent airbnb host. From the beginning communications, initineary suggestions, few questions we had - til the end of our trip wishing us safe travels! Max checked on us twice, and was there when we had questions (one brown out in the evening, lasting less than 1 hr - enjoyed games on the porch). The villa was beautiful with a heavenly view! The beach is best for hiking and exploring. We had everything we needed, very well equipt (except washer (or at least a dryer) which we knew weren't there, no worries, but we really did miss having at least a dryer, since most things do not dry out as quickly as you would like them to. Upstairs guest wanted darker blinds - allowing for sleeping in - and we all would have enjoyed the deck more if there was a way to provide even a little shade. St. Maarten is beautiful, we WILL be back. Thanks Frank!

Nice balcony with a great view, good location, parking gate for extra safety and a very functional apartment with 2 big beds. Would stay there again!

Suzanne was an attentive host, responded quickly and did her best to resolve the very few issues that occurred. The home was lovely, a bit tired but excellent location, private and clean.

The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

Romario was a wonderful host. He met us to tell us about the accommodations and give us information about our stay. It's a spacious and comfortable unit with really nice appointments for beds and baths. It has some stairs to climb (but they all do! :)). Easy to get to other places on the island from this spot. We were on the island to explore, but I can imagine it being a great spot to relax and spend time with a group, as it has a really great rooftop entertaining area!

Casa Hau was a fabulous stay for us, we loved the area and received excellent local support from the property manager Amandine who did make us feel like being in a home away from home, and was especially supportive the first night in trying to navigate the island in the dark upon arrival to find the home. The views were stunning, and local area very peaceful but still convenient to a nice market, and several restaurants. The interior of the propery was very well appointed and luxurious. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. We explored the island most days, as well as Anguilla and St. Barts, but always looked forward to returning to the Casa Hau to unwind and relax in the evenings. Our daughter enjoyed the small pool and neighborhood cats. We're sorry that we weren't as proficient in Francais, but the translation never posed a significant issue. We have already recommended this villa and neighboring option to friends and family if they decided to visit the island.
