The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Welcome to our sweet apartment on our farm near Weimar. On almost 55 square meters you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room with dining table and a bedroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a slatted base. For children, the accommodation is ideal, because right in front of the house is a playground. Please note the rather steep stairs up to the apartment. We look forward to seeing you!

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The lovingly renovated and furnished apartment is located in an old building in one of the most beautiful areas of Weimar. The apartment has 2 rooms, a hallway, kitchen and bathroom and is equipped with modern interior. It is about a 7-minute walk. The historic cemetery is only about 2 minutes away. The trendy district, with pubs and small shops, is only a few minutes' walk away.
