The house was clean and tidy. It was easy to get to. Everything that could be needed in the house was enough. We had a relaxing holiday as a family with 2 children.

Everything was very nice at the end of our stay. The host informed us about everything and we received very quick and adequate answers to the questions we asked. The house was as it appeared in the pictures. Everything we needed was available in the house. Everything was spotless. We definitely did not have any problems with cleanliness. It was also nice in terms of location. In short, we were very satisfied with all the amenities and the host. It was a house we would definitely want to stay in again when I came to Urla. Cheers..

We enjoyed our holiday in this house a lot! We stayed as a large group and the house was really spacious and comfortable to meet all our needs. It offered both a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Everything was pretty tidy. The atmosphere of the village was very nice, we could feel the festive atmosphere. We met all our grocery needs from the village. In addition, Mr. Özcan's guidance was very good. He made our holiday all the more enjoyable by giving us local advice on everything. Also thank you. First of all the photos don't do this place justice. The garden is huge and well looked after, it allows any activity one can think of in such a place both as a group and alone. The breakfast is great and having it by the pool just makes it better. The location is both very close to central Urla and secluded enough to give the peaceful private environment. Demir has been very helpful throughout our trip, even helping out with some last-minute adjustments to some existing/missing plans. His experience as a traveler himself allows a very good perspective. The entire place is recently built which definitely shows, the pool has a spacious surrounding. The room was very clean with everything thought of as well as some small details that simply enhanced our experience. I would recommend Bir Dem Urla to anyone who wants to experience Urla as it should be :)

It was a very enjoyable experience. The location is in a very nice place, 18 minutes by car to the farthest place, we stayed with our dog, completely surrounded by fences, an isolated and quiet neighborhood. The location of the apartment was great! There are many restaurants around where you can have gourmet experiences and many nice cafes and pubs where you can have a pleasant time. You are only 100 meters from the art street! The apartment was quite comfortable and even more beautiful than the ones in the photo. Communication with our host was quite easy, he also gave us useful information about the area. We felt at home in this smelly and immaculately delivered apartment!

Ms. Cemre's house was new, modern and adequately decorated and as seen in the picture. We were the first guests, so to speak, we were the first to test the house:) There were a few minor shortcomings due to being new, but Ms. Cemre supported us with sincere and fast communication. The location of the house is within walking distance to Sanat Street, and there are many markets and restaurants around. We easily found a parking space for our car on the street where the house is located and on the nearby streets. If you plan to stay in Urla for a short or long time, I highly recommend you to consider it.

It was a great stay experience! The house was quite clean and comfortable, we had no problems. The garden is much larger and more spacious than the photos, and it was absolutely perfect for our two dogs. The host is very sweet and caring, and responded quickly to all our questions.
