House holiday rentals in Guzmán Abajo

We had an amazing stay in this peaceful, private neighborhood. The home is spacious, and the pool was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing—especially after coming off a three-day wedding celebration. One of the highlights was the bakery just outside the gate, Panadería La Dolores—highly recommend calling ahead to order breakfast or coffee for a convenient morning treat. The location is ideal, just 10–15 minutes from El Yunque and Luquillo, making it a great home base for exploring the area. Highly recommend staying in Rio Grande!

It was 10 of us and we had more than enough space. They were very responsive. Beautiful area and house. Love the pool. I highly recommend.

Majestad came over to greet us and he was very friendly and professional. There were some minor issues that we had to address but he rectified them immediately. This home has an Amazing view. It very private with a heated pool that we were very appreciative of for our night time hanging out. Majestad's home provided us with an array of fun games that were perfect for our group. A beer pong table, mini pool table, Jumbo Zenga, Jumbo Connect Four, A air hockey table and a chess board. The home is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There's even a Propane bbq grill on the back patio area that even has lounge couches and a Swinging chair. Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico, this home will definitely be my 1st choice if it's available. I Highly recommend this home to a Family or Group that's traveling with 6 to 8 individuals. Not directly related Majestad, but the roads in route to the home could be intimidating for some.

We had a group of 10 and really enjoyed our stay! The bedrooms are set up perfectly for at least 2 families. Having our own beautiful pool was also amazing! One of the showers didn’t work well, so hopefully that gets fixed. We would stay again!

Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and the incredibly comfortable bed—it made our trip even more relaxing. Even with the unexpected island-wide power outage, the experience was still amazing. The host was outstanding—super responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond, especially when my son’s birthday ice cream cake was ruined due to the outage. She made sure he still felt special, and that meant so much to us. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. We’re giving it a solid 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved my stay! My kiddos had a great time killing energy in the pool and in the river! Although, I do not recommend the river at night, the kids went down for a little bit for spooky story telling! It was so much fun! Even the neighbor was super friendly and we got to buy some of their homemade sorbet! Delicious! Loved the location, house, host, everythinggg 🥰 thank you so much ❤️

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

Great stay in a well placed location. Be ready for some steep driving in the mountains! Overall we made some amazing memories.

The outside area by the pool was very relaxing. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would book this house again!

My second time staying at Felipe's home. Relaxed place; great to meditate and explore near attractions like National Forest El Yunque, La Paseadora tour (riverboat), Carabalí Rainforest Park, Cabezas de San Juan, and others. There are also great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Beautiful location, comforts of home while being surrounded by beautiful rainforest wildlife. Just make sure you are mentally prepared for no AC and knowing that critters are everywhere in the rainforest and you will have a wonderful time.

Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

Views were spectacular especially the small mountain behind house as homes and street lights lit. The hosts were quick to respond and a wealth of recommendations. We are definitely coming back!
