Excellent stay at the cottage, would highly recommend. Perfect location, plenty of space, parking immediately outside the cottage. Clean, spacious bedrooms. The most stunning location with walks around the lake literally on the doorstep. East check in with a key pad system. We most certainly will return. Thank you

From the moment we arrived Richard made us feel right at home. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as described & the furniture was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there were lots of little touches not mentioned in the write up about the accommodation. The Hot tub was amazing, the views were beautiful & the patio area was perfect. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend here for a relaxing & comfortable stay.

Fantastic place to stay just a very short walk to a gently shelving beach and a short walk into the centre of town , the house itself is a great family /couples place to stay with a lovely feel to it , big dinning kitchen(with an island in)which via doors flows into the front room with both rooms having sliding doors onto a lovely patio(sun all day)and nice sized private and safe(for young kids)garden…then you have 5 good sized bedrooms(2 really big ones with en suite)with a family bathroom and downstairs toilet…you are left wanting for nothing in the house everything is thought of and well laid out , all in all a great place to stay highly recommended

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. This stay at Debbie’s property was wonderful. The property is just fantastic and has everything you need and more. Really close to Barmouth town and all the beaches. There was even a parking pass to park on the main Barmouth car park. Utterly brilliant and will be booking again

We had a wonderful stay at Dianne's place. It was home from home, a beautiful, well kept home, with lovely, expansive outside spaces and plenty of opportunities for adults and children alike. Would certainly return and highly recommend to others. Thank you Dianne for your welcome and help.

Fabulous property with plenty of space for the family in a beautiful setting. Great location with easy access to the coast, snowdon, Anglesey and portmeirion as well as many castles.

An absolute favourite place to be. Mountains, estuary, seaside, walks, bike rides. Looking out over the estuary we feel like the only people there, away from the roads. Peaceful, in fact idyllic is not an exaggeration. A great place to make family memories. We had perfect blue skies and so clear at night we could see every star in the sky 😊

A very spacious apartment in a lovely 19th century home. We had a lovely garden view from our rooms and the property is on the river. Good wifi and the kitchen had everything you need. Michael was a great host and offered loads of suggestions to help make our days in the area enjoyable. He even helped us with our luggage as we were upstairs. A relaxed and comfortable stay. Lovely little place for two, nestled in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Place as described and a little bigger than expected. Rest of the site is work in progress as the guys renovate, but the garden (fields!) out the back are fantastic for a quite drink to watch the sunset. Great for walking and biking

Very clear instructions to get to the location with no problems. Place felt at home as soon as we arrived. The site was peaceful and open, all guests were very pleasant. We have a dog and we were greeted by the owners dog who was extremely happy to see us, they had a great time playing freely around the field it was great for him. We have a one year old little boy and he is well on the move at the moment , the lodge was spotless and we were more than happy to let him crawl around. The facilities were great! We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed to do this. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. There was a campsite snug down stairs which I thought was a lovely idea. Bar with drinks to purchase ; from alcohol to coffee. Thanks Steph ! Highly recommend to all 😁

Extremely cosy and well equipment summer house, we had a great stay! Breakfast was lovely and Tracey has been extremely helpful and accommodating! Highly recommended

The farm was amazing and safe, the children loved feeding the animals in the morning, the swimming pool was great for a rain afternoon and the games room was so fun. The BBQ Sharon and her husband put on for the guest was a fabulous bonus, so generous and delicious. We will be coming back!!!

We loved our stay - beautiful location and a very short drive to the main shops and restaurants in Betws y Coed. Tracy and Michael were very accommodating of us needing a late check in time and were very easy to communicate with. The place is enormous (bigger than our apartment back home!) and well equipped, we loved having access to a full kitchen. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable too. Would highly recommend.

Michael and Tracy’s place was wonderful, we enjoyed the weekend very much and the cottage was perfect for our group of four friends. Highly recommend staying here to see all of what Snowdonia can offer. Peaceful place and the grounds of the home and the river was a treat. Will definitely stay again.

I booked this stay for my parents as a Christmas present after they had a difficult year in 2024. They said they absolutely loved the space and it was exactly what they needed. A peaceful retreat with gorgeous views and stunning walks just on the doorstep. They said they will be booking again and look forward to spending some more time at this wonderful place. We stayed at Caseg cabin for our mini honeymoon in June and we had an absolutely magical time. From waking up in the morning and seeing the cows through the window to enjoying a glass of champagne in the hot tub at night , we really could not fault the place. We really loved the extremely comfortable bed and liked the frame TV! We had a massage each with Rachael, and it was wonderful. She clearly knew what she was doing and we felt as though we were in good hands with her. If you are looking to book here, please book yourself a massage with her because you won't regret it! Thank you so much, Jim, for making our experience so perfect. We will never forget our mini honeymoon because of you!

We wanted a solitary break where we could kick back, self cater and do what we pleased while immersed in nature and beautiful surroundings . That’s exactly what we got. The pod was cozy, secluded and our only neighbours were the sheep and lambs. Perfect!

Lovely place with an amazing view. Amanda is very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Bottle of prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch and enough wood for the weekend for the hot tub! Thank you x
