The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, spacious and large enough for a group or family. The pool area is lovely. Nice views of the water and and easy walk to Hastings St or around to the River.

We had a great stay at The Rise. It was a beautiful apartment with an amazing view. You could walk to Hastings St or Noosa Junction in under 10 mins. We would definitely stay again.

Mark and Kerrie’s place is a big apartment in a great location convenient to Noosa’s beaches and Hastings Street. We were impressed at how clean the space was and had a great time.

Mark and Kerry are brilliant to deal with and really provide a great service. The apartment is gorgeous, very well equipped and beautifully presented. It’s about 1.5 km walk into town, but you can hire electric scooters and bikes right at the doorstep. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great accommocation. The apartment itself is well maintained and very clean. There were a few items missing from the kitchen that would have been useful (cork screw, kitchen scissors, roasting tray) but didn't detract from the experience. The complex itself is very well maintained. The pool is a good size so the kids can play and you can do a few laps. The fact its heater was the main reason we choose this accommodation and it was great being able to use the pool in the winter even when it was raining. The location is good athough at the top of a hill. Its only about 500m down to Hasting Street but it is a steep hill. The walk was not a problem for us - our 4year old could do it on his own - but if you don't like walking you might not like it and/or I don't think i'd want to push a buggy up the hill a couple of times a day. Its also about 500m walk from the super market. There is also the option of the pub/bistro next door which serves reasonable and well priced food and saves the walk down to the town center. I'd definitely be looking to go back in the future.

The Rise was absolutely perfect for a trip with friends! The pool in the complex was great and the apartment had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again

Amazing location and a great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Noosa . Upon arrival, we encountered a minor plumbing issue in our originally booked apartment. The management promptly addressed the situation by accommodating us in a different apartment for the night. The next day, the plumbing issue was resolved, and we were transferred back to the apartment we had initially booked. The apartment itself was an absolute delight—spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished. The amenities provided added to our comfort, and the overall ambiance made it a perfect home away from home. We truly appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff in handling the situation. Their swift action ensured that our stay remained enjoyable despite the initial hiccup. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed accommodation experience.

Great apartment in a good location. Easy walk to the beach and Hastings street as well as to shops and restaurants on Noosa Drive. What I loved about the apartment was how well appointed the kitchen was and the fact that little things like coffee pods, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, dishcloths' etc were provided.

Nice view and looked like photos. Communication was good as we had some wifi issues but was resolved. Mostly clean but there were some roaches and bugs on the mini balcony for the master but wasn’t a big deal, we just didn’t open the mini balcony. The AC would change to fan after a certain time so it was hot at night but other than that everything was lovely! Would recommend!

Great place to stay. Staff are super friendly and nothing is ever an issue. Apartment is fantastic, very clean and well appointed. Location is excellent - close enough to be convenient and within a 10 minute walk but far enough that you aren’t hassled by traffic or noise.
