Simple and cozy accommodation for 2 in a quiet area of Haapsalu city center. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a house without an elevator. The apartment has one room, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and the necessary dishes. The living room has a double bed, sofa and TV. There is a big shopping mall nearby and the old town is within walking distance. No parties or similar events. Pets are not allowed. Night peace is between 11:00pm - 7:00am.

From there, a 10-minute stroll down Haapsalu’s beautifully renovated main street leads to the Old Town. Across the street is a sports complex with courts, gyms, water park and skatepark.

The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

Four-legged friends are welcome.
