The apartment is located in the beautiful Tartu River area in a new residential area, away from the city noise, but at the same time close enough. The apartment is very cozy and offers everything necessary for life. Comfort is added by a large balcony with furniture and separate private entrance. The nearest location of Emajõgi River is just 15 min walk. Around the river there are beautiful views of nature and many swimming places. In addition to the mother river, there is an ERM near the apartment and a house upside down. Beautiful Town Hall and downtown just 10 minutes away by car.

Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Beautiful house with lots of space, inside and outside. Everthing you need is there and if you have any questions, Jesse will help you. Nice lake for a swim is just a few minutes away. And Tartu is just 20 minutes away. One small downsite: when you want to site outside, you have some insects to deal with.

Very welcoming and modern apartment. The thing I loved was having the express machine to make cappuccino and espresso in the morning. Mainly suitable for couples or singles. The sofa bed offers the third place. The decor is nice and the kitchen has everything you need. I recommend ventilating the room before going to sleep because the bed is above the kitchen. Overall recommended
