We had a fantastic time in this exceptional accommodation. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by how perfect everything was. This Villa is truly a hidden gem in Galle—peacefully located, yet close to all the major attractions. The Villa is beautifully maintained, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. The sense of relaxation in such a spacious setting was truly the highlight of our trip. What truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality of the caretaker, Chamith. His service was exceptional - attentive, helpful and never intrusive. We traveled from Kandy and he stayed in touch with us until we arrived making sure everything went smoothly. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. If you're planning a visit to Galle, stop searching - this is the place.

Our stay at The Dragonfly Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in a sense of calm and beauty that only a place like this can offer. The villa is simply breathtaking — elegantly designed with stunning details, lush surroundings, and peaceful spaces that made it a true escape. A standout highlight was the exceptional cuisine lovingly prepared by Nayana. Each dish she created was bursting with flavour — fresh, comforting, and unforgettable. Every mealtime became a moment we looked forward to. Equally wonderful was the gracious hospitality of Ushan, who was always there with a warm smile, ready to assist with anything we needed - reservations, recommendations, or simply answering our many questions with patience and kindness. His presence made everything smooth and enjoyable. The Dragonfly Villa exceeded all expectations. Every person we encountered went out of their way to make our family trip very special. We left feeling so lucky and grateful

Beautiful accommodation and location! Easy to get transport to either galle or unawatuna! Delicious food for a good price served at the premises as well!

The treehouse is an amazing place to stay for exploring the south coast of Sri Lanka. The location is very private and enclosed but still close to the towns of Unawatuna and Galle. The treehouse itself was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and even have a BBQ! The pool was a great size and depth with a cool rope swing. The hosts were very helpful and attentive, with a very friendly doorman. We wish we could have stayed longer as this was the highlight of our trip.

We really loved our stay at Monika‘s guesthouse. The one-bedroom house is situated right at Koggala Lake, so we were surrounded by pure nature and the sounds of the jungle. The location is very peaceful. There is a joint restaurant closeby but still the house feels quite private. The house provides everything you need: bed linen, TV, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, enclosed bathroom and a washing machine. However if you need anything, the staff is very helpful. It‘s the perfect place if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the town and love to stay in nature in a calm environment. We would have loved to stay longer. We definitely can recommend it and are looking forward to coming back here.

Dalla is a fantastic host , always responsive and friendly. Very knowledgable about the local area , organised a scooter and tuk tuks for us . Dalla could not have done more for us , probably our best ever Air bnb host . Thank you for inviting us to stay at your beautiful place . We had the most wonderful week and definitely could have spent a month here . Everything is perfect. The dogs are loved family pets and very friendly once they get to know you. Everything here is fantastic cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely come back. There’s also a Fabolous beach five minutes away . Our favourite beach bar for sunset drinks and food is Heimat Hugs .

This was our first trip to Sri Lanka, and it was truly unforgettable! Nipuni was an incredibly kind and friendly host. She was always quick to reply and shared helpful recommendations. We were lucky to have a wonderful family dinner with Nipuni and her mom , they you cooked an amazing local dishes for us, and we had such a great time together. OMG we love her crepes!!! It was by far the best stay we’ve had in Sri Lanka — a whole floor of the house with a private entrance and terrace, clean and cozy rooms with air conditioning (a rare find in Sri Lanka ), comfy beds, a great kitchen, and a perfect quiet location away from the road noise. I highly recommend staying here, and I would love to come back again!
