The kitchen area is shared with Hotos.The rest of the space is reserved for your exclusive use, and you can enjoy your time freely, just like when you rent the entire property. A spacious area of approximately 230 m² can accommodate up to 8 people.Ideal for family or group trips.There is also easy access to Yoshinoyama, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, and Kimpusenji Temple, a World Heritage Site. We have preserved the historic beams and tiled roofs while creating a comfortable environment for your stay.The tranquility of the mountains, the soft light that illuminates the night.Here, you can take a break from your daily routine. It takes you 20 minutes from the centre of Osaka by train. It is very convenient to get to Osaka and Nara. As there are plenty of ruins and old houses nearby, we recommend cycling to see them. Of course, you can borrow a bicycle. Within walking distance there are wineries and traditional houses so you can enjoy town walking.

Hinoki house: Traditional machiya, walk to sights.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

The nearest station is Oji Station on the JR Line (18 minutes from Osaka Tennoji Station). It is about a 20-minute bus ride from Oji Station. If you are coming by train, we will pick you up at the nearest station. The last pick-up time is 7:00 PM. After that, please use the bus. There is a lovely hot spring nearby, or you can walk there. There is a barbecue facility in the garden. Convenient access to Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Koyasan, and Yoshino.
