Beautiful limestone house on southern Gotland

Fride is a typical Gotland farm from the 18th century. The house is carefully renovated with many charming details such as tiled stove or fireplace in all rooms, two lovely bathrooms with bath and shower. In the kitchen, there is a dining area. On the lower floor, there is a dining room and a games room. The garden is large, with mature trees, a spacious terrace with a dining table and grill, a pizza oven, a playhouse, swings, and a trampoline. The garden consists of several "rooms", breakfast, evening drink and sunbathing area can be in different locations. A stone wall surrounds the yard.

Newly renovated house (about 2 km north of Klintehamn) that in 2022/2023 has been completely renovated where, for example, the upper floor has been insulated, a brand new bathroom has been built and all surfaces in the kitchen have been repainted/treated. Two separate bedrooms are available, but an additional double bed and sofa bed are also available. A modern cabin with 6 beds in a beautiful cultural landscape surrounded by meadows and oak forests. The house has many balconies, so just choose the one that suits you. The evening sun is wonderful! The house has all the amenities you will need such as a dishwasher and washing machine, barbecue grill and stable Wi-Fi. You clean up after yourself after your stay and you have to bring your own bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. Southern Gotland offers magical environments with sandy beaches, limestone stacks and a rich cultural life.

"Annexet" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. From the living room, you can step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings in the sunset or just sitting under the big chestnut tree with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse roof" to shelter under. Or why not play boule on the court that's there? If you feel like swimming, it's close to a string of sandy beaches.

Eksta Gamla school, bicycle distance to Ekstakusten

Welcome to this pleasant apartment of about 75 sqm with an open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a caretaker's residence and a holiday home when the school was in use. The school building also houses art studios and a hall library. On the upper floor, there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own entrance and toilet, but the shower is shared with another tenant.

Rebuilt and newly renovated forge in limestone located on the small parish road in Grötlingbo, next to the medieval Kattlunds Museum Farm. The house is part of our farm building where you have two separate patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floors with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. A traditional Gotland farm by the sea, alone located at the end of the headland. View from the windows out over the sea and shore meadows. Adjacent to a nature reserve with many different birds, great for bird watching! The sea is just a few steps away, hike through the meadows with wild flowers, the long beach with untouched soft sand, stretches one km. The surroundings, the light, the sky – especially the stars at night – the "Milky Way".
