Josie is a lovely, communicative host. We checked in later than expected, but Josie made an effort to come and greet us the following day. The location is AMAZING! So peaceful, and we felt right at home. It’s even more special to us now, as we got engaged at this beautiful place, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We definitely recommend Josie’s beautiful cabin to anyone wishing to get away from the norm and unwind. We absolutely plan to be back in the future!

I have visited Carine's place twice now and I must say it is truly amazing, it's officially my favourite place for staycations in Tzaneen. The location is so peaceful and private, with beautiful views and 2 friendly dogs. It's the ideal place to go for rest and recovery. Carine responds quickly and she's very friendly as well. The caretaker is also very helpful and friendly. Thank you for hosting us Carine.

What an amazing find! This is an absolute hidden gem for those who love nature and their creature comforts. The bath outside was totally unexpected but so worth it. We discovered the hot tub a little to late… and could not get it hot enough before bed time… but will for sure be back to try that out! Thank you for having us, it was a big spoil.

Our stay was so tranquil and was a great way to recoup from our Pretoria buzz.Veiwpoint cabin gave us time to reflect in nature.Got to watch the sunrise from the balcony with a back drop of beautiful lush trees.Viewpoint is such a convinient stay too, where one can easily go to the surrounding areas that have tourist like activities and the drive to all those places are just breathtaking . One can't help but gasp at the majestic beauty of Makgoebaskloof.

A little piece of heaven! Peaceful and beautiful. Comech and Maggie are amazing hosts and make sure everything is taken care of even lighting the fireplace in the lounge daily. Would highly recommend staying at Cussonia Cottage. We will definitely be back.
