Beautiful cottage, idyllic nature, near StockholmC

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. The location is great to explore Stockholm. Quiet, charming area, only 15-20 min walk to Stureplan in the city center and great communications nearby. Also very close to Djurgården and parks Humlegården and Hagaparken. The studio apartment has its own entrance and consists of a spacious hallway, bedroom and bathroom. You will love the place for its luxurious hotel-feeling and location. It is a great place for couples and business. Coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge.
