Apartment holiday rentals in Hải Châu District

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of having just 1 access card. It would be good to have at least 2 set since there it is a 2-bedroom apartment. Other than that, location is great, the building receptionist could smile more and be more approachable. The security guard is hard working and polite. Will consider returning for stay if I am back in Da Nang again!

We loved our stay at Linh's place. Linh was a great communicator, would answer questions promptly. Everything is like the photos published, it is very clean, and homely. It is in a top spot, right near the Hans River Bridge, you have views of the river from the bedroom and bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes, it was a godsend. We were able to obtain a late checkout; nothing was too much trouble for Linh. We highly recommend Linh's place and would definitely recommend to family and friends if ever in Da Nang. If we ever get the chance to return to Da Nang, we wouldn't hesitate to book Linh's place again.

Host is very nice, kind and responsive. The place is awesome..big and felt like home. Good place for a big family. There's restaurant and cafe around the area. The cafe across the road, Incheon cafe, is a good and nice place to relax and chill. 2 minimart across the road. Really love the place. Had a really good time chilling with my family and had a good night sleep. Will book this place again. Highly recommended.

Host cực kỳ dễ thương, nhiệt tình và phản hồi nhanh chóng - mình còn được hỗ trợ thêm 2 bàn làm việc rất tiện. Cảm ơn host nhiều! Guest cần tự chuẩn bị bàn chải, kem đánh răng và dầu gội/sữa tắm. Nhìn chung, trải nghiệm của mình rất tốt, sẽ quay lại trong tương lai!

We were so happy to of found this apartment, it was really so clean ans fresh with a really nice wrap around balcony, the host was also incredible and even helpled us find out nice stay. Can not recommend enough, also very near the dragon bridge (a must visit, especially the show at 9pm) and the night market.

Linh’s apartment is a wonderful choice for both short and long-term stays. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, close to great food spots and cozy cafes, making it easy to explore the area. Linh was a responsive and welcoming host that provided a smooth and pleasant experience. My son and I loved staying at the Banana Flower homestay. The layout was perfect for us as he had his own zone up on the mezzanine and I had space downstairs but we were within the same room. Linh was an exceptional host and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her housekeeping staff were very kind and kept everything clean and even changed the bed for my son when he was ill with a fever. We loved the accessibility to the river promenade and excellent shopping and sightseeing. We would recommend this homestay for it's great value and hospitality.

We stayed for one quick day but our stay here was amazing. Linh is really kind and sweet she helped us with everything that we needed. The room was big and really clean. We definitely recommend this!

The owner always responded incredibly quickly and accommodated all our requests. The location was excellent—there was a beautiful grassy park right in front, it was close to the Han River, and there were many restaurants and cafés nearby. Cong Café, in particular, was just a 30-second walk away. It was an amazing stay!

We have a pleasant stay at Linh’s place. Hope to come back and stay again next time

We highly recommend this apartment. It is in a very new and welcoming building with high-end finishes and amenities. The location is very good and walkable on the city side next to the river. The host and the building staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

Clean, cozy, with a hot tube. Good spot to get around the city. Easy and quick communication with host. Enjoy!

We were two guests at Brian’s apartment. I highly recommend Brian and his apartment it to anyone visiting Da Nang. The apartment was spacious with all necessities. It was also very clean and tidy. The floor is high above street level, which makes the surroundings private and calm. The building has 24/7 security and has a good location in the city. Brian is a great host. He responds quickly, provides accurate information and is helpful in general. Overall a great stay.

Spacious one-room apartment, with weekly cleaning. There are kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The owner is very attentive to the comfort of guests. The hotel has a small gym, but quite equipped to keep fit during your stay. The area is very comfortable for a long stay, many shops and cafes. The beach is 15 minutes walk away.
