Holiday houses in Hải Vân Pass

Stayed here in a group of 9 for 4 nights. The house is beautiful it’s split into two separate houses so it’s very private. The pool was gorgeous and it was in a great area. Honestly it was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed and the hosts were always available for any questions we had. Definitely would recommend and hope I can return again one day :)

Beautiful home in a secluded neighbourhood, Hannie was very helpful in providing information prior to our arrival and was accommodating in extra requests. The location was very serene and it was my family's favourite accommodation for our stay.

Wow- what an incredible villa! Absolutely stunning and the views are incredible. We spent one evening in the hot tub/jacuzzi with views over the rice fields- what an experience. The villa is very comfortable with lots of homely touches. We enjoyed breakfast in the cutest cafe just a minute walk, right in the middle of the rice fields. What a joy! The team are extremely attentive and helpful - really can't fault anything! We would love to come back next time we come to Hoi An. The location is just a 10 minute Grab to the Old Town - perfect as its a bit too hectic for us in town (to stay) - you get the best of both worlds - stunning views, a comfortable stay in this glorious villa, yet a stones throw from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. Thank you so much- we can't rate this place high enough!

Vincent’s place in Sơn Trà is beautiful, pristine, easy to access and we felt right at home. We were able to check in slightly earlier which really took away stress on our travel day. Vincent provided us with recommendations and was super responsive! Loved the decor around the house. Bed was more firm but large and comfortable. Cleaning supplies are also super easy to access which I appreciated especially if you are staying for longer. We used the pool almost every day to escape the heat and it was such a nice touch. The Villa is extremely private and had incredible amenities such as multiple fans, air-con, TV, washing machine and large fridge. The water temperature in the shower worked great and was easily adjustable. If you are looking for a place that is peaceful and private, clean with great hospitality from the host look no further!! 😍

We stayed at this Airbnb for two weeks and had a wonderful time—it truly felt like home! The room was very new, impeccably clean, and cozy, with modern decor and comfortable furniture. It was the perfect space for the two of us to relax and unwind, complete with thoughtful touches like natural lighting that brightened the room beautifully and a warm atmosphere. We also loved the rooftop, which offered a stunning view of the mountains—absolutely breathtaking! The owners were so friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it and would definitely return!

Thuy’s place is fantastic! It’s the perfect spot to stay in Hoi An if you’re looking to escape the tourist crowds while still being close to the action. Nestled among the rice paddies, it offers an authentic glimpse into local Vietnamese life. The home is incredibly spacious, and Thuy was an exceptional host, nothing was ever too much trouble. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially on the rainy days. There are also some great local restaurants and cool cafés just a 5–10 minute walk away. But our favourite part was simply strolling through the rice fields, it was a peaceful and memorable experience. Thuy also supplied some bikes for us to ride around. I would come back here again!

Our stay at Elis and Paul’s place was truly exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, checking in often to ensure we were comfortable—like having our own personal concierge. The villa in Cam Kim, Hoi An, is peaceful and beautifully situated by the Thu Bon River, offering unique activities that made our stay unforgettable. We celebrated my father’s birthday with a special BBQ dinner prepared by the in-house head chef, showcasing refined Vietnamese cuisine. We also joined a cooking class with Ms. My, where we learned about Hoi An’s culture through its food—an enriching and heartfelt experience.
