We have renovated an old house to provide a simple yet stylish and relaxing private space. The first floor has a kitchen, washroom, shower room, and toilet, and the second floor has a bedroom. There is a cafe located in front of the 1st floor (completely separate). You can see Mt. Hakodate from the second-floor window. It is also conveniently close to a tram stop, and the red brick warehouses, the center of sightseeing in Hakodate, are within walking distance. Each room can accommodate up to 3 people.
