It is surrounded by nature overlooking the state-owned forest along the coast of the Jogasaki coast, which is right in front of the open-air bath and BBQ terrace. Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

Please feel the smell of cypress from the moment you open the front door. Above all, the granite hot spring bath can be used for up to 4 people at the same time with a cloudy source. Shinraku-yaki hot spring open-air bath where you can take a bath while watching the starry sky can also be used as a water bath after the sauna. The domestic cypress sauna can be used by 4 people at the same time, so please sweat as often as possible.Rourue is also possible. There are 3 bedrooms, so even a few families can secure their privacy. The LDK is equipped with a large table that can seat up to 8 people, and appliances to enjoy.You can enjoy teppanyaki and pot dishes in hot plates and earthenware pots. Fuji, and after enjoying the barrel sauna surrounded by trees, you can take a bath in the forest in the resting space outside.The yard has a large fire pit where you can even talk around the fire.In addition, there is a high fence in the garden, so if you bring your dog, you don't have to worry about running away.
