House holiday rentals in Hakone

This was the first time I stayed with my pet, but they even provided a pet bed, and I had a wonderful stay. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at Manami’s place. The hot spring was very nice after a long day out exploring the area. The location is very convenient in terms of being just minutes from the train station. The host is responsive and we could keep our luggage inside before we checked in since we arrived a bit earlier and went out to see sights. I would definitely stay again for the peace and quiet and the hot spring bath.

Two families used it for one night in one car.The room had 2 single beds in the bedroom and 2 double beds in the living room, which matched the family composition.One adult and one child slept in the double bed, but I think two adults could sleep in it. The kitchen is also equipped with cooking utensils, plates, and cups.You can also have a BBQ on the veranda, and you can rent charcoal and tongs for an extra fee.We recommend purchasing ingredients in advance. It takes about 20 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. The room was clean and the owner was friendly, so I enjoyed it.Mt. Fuji is also visible from the veranda, and it is a great location. The meeting place with the owner was a 7-Eleven, but there was no sign, and I was worried for a moment whether it was really the meeting place.

The beautiful interior, especially the water area was beautiful, and the surround AV was also good.We all had a great time.It was winter, so I didn't get into the pool, but it was bigger than I expected, deep, and fun in the summer.You can enjoy wine poolside and a great space.Highly recommended!️

The sauna was not very hot, but the steam circulated easily, making it feel hot enough, and it was more comfortable than expected.After that, we cooled off in the illuminated pool, which was extraordinary and enjoyable.The kitchen was also spacious, and we were able to communicate with a large number of people. The bedding and water area were clean and comfortable to use. There are many insects outside, so we recommend that those who are not good with insects spend time indoors.The accommodation was really great.Thank you very much.

The facilities were great for dogs and children, and it was a great trip. I'd love to use it again.

It was great. Surrounded by nature, I felt extraordinary, and it was a very good trip!

Breathtakingly beautiful views from every window. Even my 6 month old daughter enjoyed walking up and staring at the trees outside the bedroom window. So many great ways to unwind and recharge. Only thing to note is it’s a bit far from restaurants and stores so taxing was the way to get around for us since we had a baby and stroller to tote. Otherwise location and buses would’ve been convenient.

We spent a night in this house, the room is spacious, fully equipped, clean and tidy, and the host also prepared snacks and travel guides.During our stay, it rained heavily in Hakone, and the host was very considerate to let us check in early and asked if we wanted to delay the check-out.Really appreciate it!Unfortunately, the weather in Hakone was bad during my stay. If I come to Hakone again in the future, I will choose this house again!

It was a great stay, and was close to the station for travel between. The tub was amazing, and the complimentary bath minerals made for a great relaxation time. Having the more traditional style with the Tatami mat along with the experience of gathering around the table on the floor was very unique.

Clean and comfortable house. Has everything you need. Spacious. As in the fotos. Very happy.

Gorgeous home in the forest. Had a wonderful time with my family soaking and using the sauna. Would stay again.

We really liked it here and it fit what we were looking for in an overnight in Hakone. When we checked in, we had a few questions and the responsiveness was very quick! It was very clean, organized and had everything we needed. We were looking forward a casual night in, so we picked up a pizza from a local place which was right around the corner. When it came time to sleep, I have to say, it was one the the most comfortable beds I have slept in a very long time, far better than the one I have at my own home. I had a great night sleep since my arrival in Japan. Both the check in and check out process was VERY easy with instructions (including the PIN code for the key) provided ahead of time. This was a last minute booking and everything went well. This home is definitely worth the stay

Fabulous place to stay

We had a great two nights stay. Location and home was perfect for the three of us, everything we needed.

This was a spacious, private, villa with great views of Mt. Fuji! The sauna was excellent to have available and the house was well-stocked with necessities. The host was incredibly responsive when we had a couple of questions.

The place is stunning, the river is just downstairs, can see the Fuji San very clear!

This was a really nice home, modern and clean. Lots of room for our family. The location was close to the Gora Station, which was nice. Just be careful about the arrival as you typically come via bus and it drops you off "11 minutes" from the house per Google Maps. Perhaps it was 11 minutes, but it was 11 minutes of walking straight up countless stairs on a dark, barely lit path up to the house. Nothing wrong with the house at all. It was great. But be aware of the trek it takes to get there from certain bus stops. I'm not sure if another route was available to us, there probably was, but being unaware of the area, we didn't realize the intensity of the trek. If we didn't have luggage, it would have been a hard time but with luggage, it was a bit of a struggle at the end of a long day of travel on our part. It is a mountain town, beautiful and fresh. One of our favorite stays.

Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay at that location again.

Mayumi’s was so lovely to stay in for our short time in Odawara. We were travelling with our 8 month old baby and her place was so accommodating for him, especially all the toys.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but the interior was wonderful, so I was able to relax.The bath was especially great. I would like to use it again when the❗ weather is nice.
