Resort amenitys are currently out of service for guest use. The beach is calling and I must go! Sunset view studio condo located at an oceanfront resort. Condo offers a King sized bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Direct oceanfront access from the property. Resort boasts three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and gym. On site restaurant and tiki bar on the outdoor pool deck. Fantastic central location, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.

Beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated, all new appliances, furniture and everything else, well stocked, great location for beach weekend. Good sized space for my wife, teen son and me. Many very nice touches; my wife loved the fresh flowers in every room. Hosts left us a very generous snack basket with wine. My teen loved the Ghirardelli chocolates! Easy parking for two cars, often a hassle at Airbnb condos beachside. Great to be able to walk short path to the beach without having to carry stuff up and down elevators. Outside shower was great too. Publix grocery store across the street, great coffee shop for breakfast too (Happy Coffee). Hosts were great! Very nice to know they’re local, unlike some hosts we’ve had at other stays. Probably the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had.

We had a great stay. The home is walkable to the beach. We had an elderly guest and it was about a one-minute drive to the beach that had plenty of parking. The space was very clean and comfortable with tv's in the bedrooms and living rooms. There were coffee pods, water and beach supplies available too. Some of the homes in the neighborhood are a little run-down, but we didn't experience any issues or feal unsafe in any way. I would definitely return!

I cannot say enough about this location and our hosts. Everything was as noted and pictured. I reached out in the beginning, and she called me and gave some local recommendations. Partway through the trip, I had reached out about an issue with the elevator, so she was aware, and she was very kind. All in all, this is a perfect place to stay, and we are already planning to go back.
