Great stay!

The apartment is quite compact, very bright and sunny as the description and photographs. It is in the busy textile part of the city a little way from the centre of Thessaloniki, but well connected to the busy and beautiful old town with a new metro system.

Andrea's place was perfect fit for us (two families with kids). Clean, spacious, with nice garden and kids toys. Hosts were really kind and responsive. Beach is close with lot of bars and restaurants. Big gocery store is not so close so it is better if you have a car. We recommend this place if you are visiting Sitonia!

Great apartment, place and host. Hope we return one day!

The place is wonderful, spacey, with 2 porches and beautiful view of Nikiti. It had an eqwipped kitchen with everything and they even left us with 2 beers and cold water in the fridge (Thanks!) Our flight was delayed and they were flexible with us - we arrived at around 11pm - 6 hours late to the place and they had no problem recieving us. Everything was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. Only one AC in the living room - There is no AC in the bedroom - But they left a brand new fan in it which was fine (just worth noting) The lighting of the bedroom was perfect and very romantinc. Theres a wonderful cafe close by that you have to try, we brought it the the porch and had breakfast. Thank you Antigoni and the family, you have a beautiful place.

Escape from the noisy city, be in silence - all this in one place! Ideal location, hospitable hosts, excellent infrastructure! My family and I are absolutely delighted! All the best! Good luck!

Gorgeous apartment

It was wonderful, peaceful and really close to the beach.

Yani & Effie are great and helpful, the rooms are perfect as seen in the photos, comfortable and they keep it super clean. We enjoyed this private place near vineyards a lot. Quite easy to access to nearby beaches by driving. There is nothing around to disrupt your comfort. Also the sky is great to watch at nights, so many stars 🌟 Absolutely recommended 👍🏼

Very kind, considerate, responsive hosts — quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, clean appartment, easy to walk (or take nearby bus) to the old and new center. Recommended for a happy stay in Thessaloniki.

Apartment was very spacious and well looked after and very clean when we arrived. The grounds and pool were also clean and well looked after. Sun loungers always available around the pool. The whole area has very limited parking with excessive amounts of vehicles but a space is always available for guests at the apartments. Alex made us feel very welcome from arrival to departure and on hand for any questions we had. There are 3 restaurants within 2 minutes walk at very reasonable prices, and the town centre within a ten minute walk. Overall a great location and close enough to both shops and beach for all types of holiday. Would definitely recommend contacting Alex for a stay.

We had a wonderful time in Kallithea! The Olvion Luxury living accommodation was not only very clean and cozy, but also perfectly located – ideal for exploring the surroundings, but also for relaxing by the pool. It’s so clean and comfortable Especially toilet and shower! It is better than the price I really appreciated it If you go to night spots like ladidika at night, it’s a little scary to come back because it’s located in not crowded area in Thessaloniki
