The kitchen comes fully stocked for cooking, but if you don't want to cook, a surplus of dining options are just a short 3 minute drive away. All rooms are fully furnished, including a 50" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and WiFi supplied throughout the house. Cozy condo close to downtown.

Really can’t say enough about the Cozy Condo. We felt right at home. Very comfortable, very functional. When there was an issue, Matt was quick to take care of it. The basement provided the additional storage we needed and the garage was always available when the weather threatened. The neighborhood is nice. The beautiful trees lining the streets made for homes for the many squirrels we saw while there. There’s lots of cottontail rabbits there too. One standout aspect was the location with respect to 4th Avenue and all the wonderful Hispanic restaurants and markets it has. Mexico, Cuba and Honduras are well represented. Additionally, there’s an Asian market with a great selection of products from Japan, Korea, China and The Philippines. Just across the railroad tracks is the Railside area of town with all it has to offer. All this within easy walking distance. Larger stores are a short drive away. We highly recommend this location for your stay in Grand Island!

BEST Air B&B I've stayed in. Friendly host, relaxing atmosphere inside and out. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely be rebooking with them in the future. We were in town for my daughter state trap shooting competition and at the end of the day the hot tub was a nice relaxing touch. Can't wait to comeback back and utilize the other amenities. 💕💕💕

Great place. We stayed in apartment #2. Probably the cleanest air B&B I’ve ever been to. Wonderful smell as soon as you walk in. Don’t let the looks of the stair way worry you- it’s not reflective at all of the apartment. But there is a long stair way to walk up. The apartment has soaps and detergent (tide) and basic kitchen items. There was plenty of room. Both beds were comfortable. Towels smelled good too. Check in and check out instructions are on the main page of the main page. The apartment has the ice cream place below in which you get a bowl and pay for whatever kind of self serve by weight. The chocolate factory is where we had breakfast. We got pancakes and the toast trio. It’s only one block down. There’s a theater also which has shows on the weekends it seems. We also went to a small book store on the same block as the chocolate factory. We would for sure stay here again. We don’t have time to do much else.

Mins from Downtown & Fairgrounds Town Home

Ours was just a stop over on the way to the Badlands. It was convenient to get to from the highway and easy to find. The restaurants that we found open were chains but adequate. House was fine for the three of us sharing one bathroom since it was only one night. You can hear the train if you are a light sleeper but I’m not so it was fine for me.
