Dimitri's place was perfect for my family during this difficult time when we had to do a sea barrel for my mother-in-law. He was very responsive and compassionate with our situation. He was very responsive and everything at the location was exactly as described. We are actually going to make annual trips back for the memorial and Dimitri will be the first host I would reconnect with to rent his unit. Thank you very much Dmitri for everything!

Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this location, with spectacular views. The place was very clean and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hosts responded to any concerns and accommodations very quickly. This is my first time in Miami and if I ever return I would want to stay here it was a fantastic time and fantastic stay i highly recommend this location.

Raynald’s co do was absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I have not taken vacation in years and this spot for this price was absolutely perfect! There is tons to do with private access to the beach as well as TWO outdoor pools! We will definitely be staying again!

The views are amazing. We lived out on the balcony soaking in the sun and views. Loved the access to the beach and free umbrella and towels right on the water. Little coffee shop was great, yummy lattes!

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and the balcony was our favorite part. We took lots of pictures out there. Just wish the tv was updated so we could use Youtube, Netflix, etc.

Check in was super easy, location is amazing you have the beach at walking distance including a Walmart right across the street. The place was super clean. I will definately be returning!

Travelled with my family and the apartment was very comfortable for us. Well equipped kitchen. Nice view. Loved the pool, beach access and the gym. We like this area because it is close to grocery stores, some cafes and restaurants. Great host. Would recommend.

Well appointed kitchen, lots of bathroom goodies and creature comforts, lotions and candles. Luxurious atmosphere at a bargain price just steps from the beach. Communicative, generous host.
