Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Rustic, self-contained building, at the top of my garden. Private, cosy space with double bed, hotplate, kettle, heater, tea & coffee, lots of books & magazines, and covered area for morning tea with the birds. Glamping for a fraction of the cost with electricity, but no running water. Water's provided in a 10l container, chemical flushing toilet in the same room. 20 mins from Bath, 20 mins from Wells, 30 mins from Bristol. Free road parking. Own car ideal, but 522 Bristol/Bath bus runs hourly.

My Little Studio

A simple, detached studio-open plan one double bed/sofa bed/mini kitchenette/living space & a new shower/toilet room. In a quiet village between Bath-15min & Bristol-15min near Bristol Airport, The Pig, Priston Mill, Glastonbury, etc. Tiny patio area and tiny grassy area. Parking for one car is next to the studio. The village pub, coffee shop/village shop is barely a 2 min walk away. Fab place to explore the local area or chill and make use of the fabulous local walking guides.

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

A newly built, stylish detached 1 bedroom annexe situated close to the high street within easy walking distance of a variety of shops, amenities and regular public transport to Bath, Bristol, Wells and Frome. The town of Glastonbury and the festival is a 25min drive away also ideal location for Vobster Quay Diving Centre. The property is situated near the Norton Radstock Greenway which provides a traffic free route between Midsomer Norton and Radstock.

The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.
