Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hambantota

Sadisha was a great host. He greeted us with coconuts, gave us recommendations and also a free ride to the silent beach (which by the way is only a 20 minute walk away) The space is clean, the rooms are large and there is also plenty of fans and AC. The kitchen is well equipped and he gave us a gallon of filtered drinking water. The outdoor shower is lovely. Overall, for the price, I highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern (5, 6 und 9 Jahre alt) über eine Woche hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Highlight war der traumhaft schöne, fast menschenleere Strand direkt vor der Tür. Besonders wohlgefühlt haben wir uns dank Suresh und Ruhini, den herzlichen Gastgebern: Suresh organisierte alles rund um Ausflüge und Transport, Ruhini verwöhnte uns jeden Morgen mit einem leckeren Frühstück. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Bodyboarden, während wir das authentische Dorfleben und die Fischer am Strand beobachten konnten. Das Häuschen war sauber und charmant, wenn auch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen – dafür waren wir mitten in der Natur: Affen im Garten, Fledermäuse am Abend, Glühwürmchen im Dunkeln. Für uns war es eine perfekte Mischung aus Abenteuer, Erholung und Echtheit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Bei Rückfragen oder Anliegen waren sowohl Darshan als auch der Hauswärter Upatissa immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders die Flora und Fauna des Anwesens war toll - wir haben Pfaue, Affen, Katzen, Frösche, Eichhörnchen und Vögel gesehen. Der Pool war auch eine tolle Möglichkeit, sich abzukühlen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne guten Gewissens weiter :)

This is an extremely cozy house! It is located a little bit deep from the main roads, so it is silence and calm here. I enjoyed here with birds, palms, nature sounds. I was surprised with small quantity of mosquitos here, but for your safety hosts provide you with mosquito net. Oh, God, how it's wonderful to sleep with open doors and windows here - it's smell, sounds..perfect! And to be honest I even didn't use a fan during night's, because the temperature was absolutely comfortable. The villa has rather good WiFi and if you are a remote worker it will suite to you (the day temperature is also good when you open windows and use fan, there is no necessity in AC). Hosts are absolutely cute and caring about you! But villa is located rather far from any shops and beaches (apr. 10 min by bike) - so bike or tuktuk are absolutely necessary here, and there is not a problem to reach this location. Having traveled the entire coast from Galle, I do not want to change this place of living.

The Namaskara Villa is pure heaven! Large and clean with very comfortable king size bed. Two toilets, spacious bathroom with hot shower and stars above your head was absolute dream. The kitchen is very well equiped for cooking, but we didn't cook at all, because we took advantage of possibility of having daily lunch and dinner from Malkanthí who is excellent chef! Malkanthí and Ruhunu took care of us not only with the dinners and lunches, they also did cleaning and shopping for us to keep our fridge full, because there is no supermarket nearby the villa. The garden is nice, full of wildlife and the ocean is just in front of the place. It is not so private as I expected, there were some fishermans nearby every day.

Die Unterkunft war definitiv die schönste unserer ganzen Reise. Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und wir fühlten uns unfassbar wohl! Morgens seinen Kaffee und Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terasse zu trinken war ein Highlight. Die Gastgeberin und Mitarbeiterin waren sehr nett und haben uns beispielsweise von der Straße mit einem tuktuk abgeholt, als wir den Eingang nicht direkt gefunden haben. Wir konnten über die Unterkunft auch direkt super leicht Roller mieten und uns tuktuks in den nächsten Ort organisieren. In der Gegend gibt es leider bis auf ein paar Restaurants (die super sind) nicht so viel (keine richtige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten), jedoch ist z.B der Jungle Beach nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und unfassbar schön!

Nice jungle resort with a hostel vibe and a separated secluded big bungalow

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le contact est facile et l hôte nous as prévenu de l arrivée des tortues le soir même ce qui nous as permis de les voir . Le restaurant est bon et l environnement très calme. Nous recommandons

The place is located 50 m from the top 5 best beaches of Sri Lanka. You can simply walk and enjoy it. The room has AC and hot water, two big beds with very comfortable mattress. The area is very tranquil. At night one day dogs were barking but one hard shout put them in order :) The food was tasty and breakfast was on flexible timing. Sandaru is an excellent host who was accommodating all our need and some extra. We will be back for sure.

What a find! Sisiras pkVe is a walk down the driveway and onto the south end entrance to Kudawella beach. Awesome balcony...breezes and a Seaview.. absolutely will be listening to the waves as you sleep at night. Sisira and his wife are wonderful hearts, have an amazing young family in the downstairs part if the house, and Harshanis authentic so tasty, plentiful Sri Lankan cuisine is made and delivered to your rooms with love. A quiet location atop one of the best sand bottom beaches in South Lanka. Good for learn to surf swimming and long peaceful walks Sisi Place is 5 mins scooter to Hiri or Dikwella, 20 mins to Unakuruwa and Talalla. With the 2 bedrooms upstairs sparking clean bathroom and massive balcony, this place would suit long stay to also enjoy Harshanis meals, or small groups and families. I can't say enough about Sri Lankan hospitality and you'll find it exceptional here. Sisi Place is a well underpriced gem. Highly recommended 👌

Zuerst einmal: Die Unterkunft an sich ist wirklich toll und eine Buchung wert, dazu aber gleich mehr. Der Check-In bzw. das Finden und Ankommen ist äußerst beschwerlich, da der Standort auf der Karte in der App falsch ist und auf Nachfragen nach der präzisen Adresse nur die Antwort kommt, dass der Name des Hauses auf Google Maps einfach einzugeben sei und dass das reichen würde. Auf Google Maps gibt es aber 2 verschiedene und dann wird natürlich mit der Karte in der App abgeglichen… Der Standort ist falsch!! Auch die Türschlösser benötigen eine Überholung. Die Unterkunft an sich liegt jedoch in einer bomben Lage, 100m zum Strand. Alles ist sauber, die Küche überzeugt vorallem mit ihrer Ausstattung. Man bekommt für den Preis eine komplette kleine Wohnung mit Bad, Schlafbereich, Küche und Chill Bereich innen und außen. Die anderen 2 Zimmer in der Wohnung sind abgeschlossen, sodass wir zu 4. in einem Zimmer untergebracht waren. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort um am Strand zu entspannen.

Khomba was a beautiful place to stay! The rooms were nice and cool- beds comfy and showers wonderful. The whole property was peaceful and in a great location. The host and her staff were incredibly attentive. It was wonderful to wake up to the sounds of crashing waves and bird song and then to be able to go right outside for a morning swim in the pool or ocean. My family is already dreaming of our next stay.

Хорошее место недалеко от красивых пляжей. В пешей доступности очень красивое место Shivas cabanas. Где-то 15 минут пешком. Владельцы виллы добрые и отзывчивые люди. На вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. В местечке Тангале очень приятно отдыхать. Мало туристов, великолепные пляжи. Местная самобытная атмосфера. Гостеприимная страна и природа. Очень понравилось - хочется вернуться снова. Спасибо за гостеприимство.
