Holiday rentals with a patio in Hamilton County

The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We will stay again in the future.

I love the space, location and host. It was only 1 issue we had but issue I had I’ll keep that private because I don’t not wish for it to be a spotlight of the great space.

The Loft is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. It was an easy drive to Chattanooga, Fall Creek Falls Park, Ruby Falls and conveniently located near a Dollar Store and a short drive to restaurants. The pool was a welcome retreat after a long day of walking. The Loft was a comfortable and luxurious home away from home.

Emily is a super host. She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Absolutely would book with Emily again

We rented Diana's place for a girls' trip (8 of us). The location was perfect, about 12 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga, and minutes away from grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in St. Elmo. The house was thoughtfully decorated and designed- super spacious for a large group to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor entertaining area with the clean pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Would absolutely recommend!

The house was beautiful and just the right size for us. We loved sitting on the roomy front porch. The sleeping arrangements were nice. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

This was an awesome stay for us. Everything (local attractions) was about 10-20 minutes away. Felt very safe. Neighbors were kind. We made great memories here! We would stay here again! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with plenty of great dining options nearby. The home was spotless and well furnished, everything we needed was provided and the fenced in backyard was a great place to let our dog roam.

The 2-story house is almost perfectly laid out. All sleeping quarters and one full bathroom are upstairs, and all common areas are downstairs. I think there's separate thermostats for both floors as well. Our party of 5 immediately felt at home in the spaces, and the 1 full meal we prepared in the kitchen came together quickly, using mostly provided spices and staples. The kitchen incidentally provided the BEST and SHARPEST knives I've ever seen provided in a rental! Everything was clean and the house had just the right touch of refurb without sacrificing its 100+ year old character. As I alluded to in the ratings, it is on a main ~35mph thoroughfare through the Red Bank neighborhood, but the provided inclined parking was adequate. Parents with wandering-age children should take note of the road's busy-ness and proximity (50-60ft from front porch.) It was perfect for our all-adult crowd, and we would happily return!

The house was spacious, clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was conveniently located close to the places we wanted to visit. Communication and instructions were great. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This is a fantastic place for families! I’ve stayed at many AirBnBs over the years & Kristy’s guidebook, friendly printed instructions through the home, and the well-stocked kitchen are the BEST I’ve ever experienced. The kitchen inspired me to cook, and the game room, artist’s studio & 2 living rooms provided plenty of space for my 4 & 6 year old grandsons to play. There’s an amazing outdoor park for children and good restaurants within walking distance. And North Shore restaurants & shops, grocery stores, as well as the topnotch Children’s Discovery Museum are only a 10 minute ride away. My family would happily stay here again!

Ashley's Place was GREAT!!! My Son and I were in town for his bodybuilding competition. The kitchen had every utensil imaginable for meal prep. The rooms were clean, and a nice view from the balcony. It was close to everything. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Craig

Needed a place to stay while we were without power from the recent storms. This condo was immaculate and comfortable. We enjoyed the spaciousness and relaxing vibe during a stressful time. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! The condo was bright, clean, and modern. It had all the appliances and pots/pans needed to eat in. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets were all provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. The only issue we had was outside noise around 2:00 to 3:00 am when people were going home from a night out and shouting, yelling, and revving their engines 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. (I think there is a bar a few blocks away) - Obviously Davey has no control over that, so I would suggest bringing a noise machine to mask any outside sounds. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

The home immediately stood out as exceptional. The modern look and features made us stay in more than usual. That, coupled with the abundance of nature just outside made for a great stay. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking. The hosts were super friendly, helpful and full of information. We would definitely stay here again. Thank-you for having us!

The condo was just right for my husband and me. We enjoyed the city, Ruby Falls and day trips in the area for hiking to see waterfalls.

A huge storm came through town while we were staying at Cesar’s place & he was very proactive about making sure we were safe. Sadly, the roof sustained damage from a tree falling on the home, but Cesar issued a full refund without prompting. We hope their repair process is swift & we highly recommend folks to stay at the ‘Treehouse’ as soon as possible.

Apartment was very clean. And all restaurants and local sites were nearby
