We had such a wonderful stay at Paul & Annamarie's peaceful rustic country Airbnb. We felt very welcome and at home in the space, and thoroughly enjoyed the company of their super friendly cats! The breakfast provided was wonderful with plenty to choose from. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip to Hamilton. Thank you!

A great place to stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. Marvelous grounds with heaps to explore for our dog, and myself, who likes gardening. Very handy to many places and we visited Te Awamutu, Otorohanga Kiwi House. Raglan and Waitomo Caves

Nice comfy bedroom, bathroom was clean, and we really appreciated having a fridge in the room. We also used the common room to cook and eat which was very convenient. It looks a little like a motel or a backpackers, nothing fancy but great for the price.

Another lovely stay at Adrienne’s. Her place is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed and the pool was so nice as the weekend was very hot and sunny. It’s a peaceful spot and has everything you need plus a few extras. This is definitely our favourite place to stay in the Hamilton area and we will be back.

Lisa’s place was absolutely wonderful. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and everything was fuss-free and easy to use. The kitchen was a real lifesaver, and the private little haven was the perfect spot for my partner to rest and recover after surgery. Being just a stone’s throw from the hospital was a huge plus. Lisa was incredibly responsive and always available whenever we needed help. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

A great little unit - very well equipped to handle the Waikato winter, with a very efficient heat pump, electric blankets (thoughtfully turned on for our late arrival) and a great shower. A very enjoyable stay, we hope to visit again sometime

Great stop gap

We had a wonderful stay at Marlee’s place. Her guest suite was so cozy and quaint in a beautiful setting. It was the perfect contrast after a hotel stay in the city. There were so many thoughtful touches like extra snacks, a nice breakfast spread, and homemade kombucha! Maree was friendly and communicative. The location was close to town, Hobbiton movie set and Waitomo caves. I would highly recommend Maree’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Vikki was so accommodating and lovely and friendly. Her place was just fabulous and beautifully presented and so clean. There was offer of the pantry and plentiful tea coffee etc - bed comfy, lovely linen and pillows, great shower - a lovely sunny location so handy to everything and so quiet. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were welcomed into a home rather than just a place to stay. Denise went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering helpful tips, local recommendations, and making us feel truly valued. The space itself was absolutely incredible—cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and so inviting. It really felt like a home away from home. This stay truly felt like a dream, and I can't thank Denise enough for creating such a warm and wonderful experience. Absolutely wonderful home and room. Super clean and spacious room with everything you need (including access to kitchenette). You'll love the sunny afternoons by the pool, and there's a BBQ to use too! Sharon and Roland are 10/10 hosts, accommodating but not intrusive, and very open, friendly and relaxed which is vital for a shared house! They were also kind and understanding of our very nervous dog. Good people to the core. We loved the stay.

No words can describe how our stay was. Lisa does an extraordinary job. You can truly feel the passion she puts into every detail of this house. I’ve traveled to 47 places so far, but I’ve never been welcomed into a home the way Lisa welcomed us. It’s a wonderful place where you’ll feel right at home, and it’s equipped with everything you could possibly need and extremely clean! On top of that, we were spoiled with breakfast, including fruit picked straight from the tree in the garden! ❤️

We had a lovely stay. The home is pristine, warm, modern and comfortable. Lots of small touches that were appreciated. Location is excellent - close to town and still nice and quiet. We appreciated being able to bring our pet. Our hosts were super friendly and communicative. Can’t fault this stay - thank you.
