Great place to stay in the very heart of Nicosia.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nicosia! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the place had all the necessary facilities for a smooth and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – super central yet peaceful, with a stunning rooftop terrace that we really enjoyed. Communication was clear and easy, and our host was friendly and helpful, even assisting us with renting a car. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again! :)

Clean and peaceful place. Transportation was easy. There is a grocery store nearby. The host helped with everything.

I would highly recommend this apartment. The quality and price is excellent. The apartment is brand new, modern and clean with very good amenities. Lots of food restaurants around and walkable to Ledra street and Salamou Square. I will stay here if I visit Nicosia again.

Great apartment with great views. Apartment is very well furnished and nothing is missing. There's even a drinking water dispenser. The highlight is the large roof terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea. Very Clean

The place is fantastic! From the time we checked in to the time we left, no problems what so ever! Lots of space, nice furnishings and two bathrooms! But what really stood out is the large balcony with a walkout from the living room and both bedrooms. The surrounding neighbourhood feels very safe. The only little glitch is the parking space. One has to be a very good driver to get in and out of it. But not to worry. Lots of parking spaces on the street, right outside the door.

We had wonderful stay at this property. Everything was a exactly as discribed and as seen on the images. Amenities all within walking distance. It is by far the best Airbnb accommodation we have found in Nicosia to date as we travel here every month. The cleanliness was exceptional and to our standards. Hilim is very responsive and helpful. We have now booked to return to this property.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Yenikent! The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing after a long day. It’s also conveniently close to the bus station, which made getting around really easy. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, and everything was exactly as described. I especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was. When I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, they replied quickly and made sure it was sorted out right away. That level of care made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot in Yenikent. I’d stay here again without hesitation!

The apartment was excellent and super comfortable. We also managed to check in earlier which was great. There is however construction very close to the apartment that starts at 6am. Very noisy so one must close all windows so it’s less disturbing. Otherwise it’s an excellent apartment with super hosts.

This place on the steps of Kyrenia Harbour, is an absolute gem. The setting is one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced, with breathtaking views. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and exactly as pictured (simple, elegant, and full of beautiful touches). I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and this one really stands out. Esra was a phenomenal host… kind, responsive, and so helpful. I was actually planning to stay again but had to change plans due to an emergency. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars all the way!

Our stay at the apartment was just great! From the first moment we walked in, the house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and cozy, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the quietness of the area was perfect for resting after a full day. The host was very friendly and helpful, offering us useful information about the area and making sure we didn't miss anything. We can't wait to come back! Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

She guided me exactly how to get to the apartment, what to expect, etc. The apartment was exactly as I expected it to be, and as described. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything!
