Welcome to our house from 1912 in a quiet and charming residential area in Gamla Enskede! Large garden with outdoor furniture, playhouse, trampoline, fruit trees and berry bushes. Local flea markets, cozy cafes, restaurants, play parks and grocery stores just around the corner. Close to nature, swimming and outdoor areas. To central Stockholm it takes half an hour from the door. If you want to walk, Globen with its shopping area is 15 minutes away. Good transport links. Free parking with room for 3 cars. Free Wifi.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. You will reside right on Nytorget, renowned meetingpoint and "place to be" on Södermalm. This SOFO-district is famous for its relaxed atmosphere with bars, restaurants, trendy small shops of design, vintage, eco-food etc. Within walking distance to the old town of Gamla Stan, ferries to Djurgården, among lots of other "musts".. A very small, recently refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway station Svedmyra. (Green line) Subway Tallkrogen at 10 min walk. (Green line). Close by is a big supermarket, parks and restaurants as well as nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets.

Cosy apartment in Stockholm

Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center. New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
