Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna for an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not that big but nice! Our cottage is 36 sqm, fully equipped as for a permanent home in a quiet area. Two rooms, kitchen, bathroom, large outdoor room. (22 sqm). Wood-burning stove is also available, including wood. Garden 1800 sqm. You have everything at your disposal. Four-five minutes' walk to the swimming area, in quiet Vänervik. Close to forest, golf course, exercise/ski slopes. 13 km to Karlstad, which is a nice medium-sized city with art museum (Lerin), opera, theater, etc. Weekdays, there is a bus to Karlstad. 7 km to a large grocery store. Much to experience in cultural Värmland.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
