Azam's place was a lovely quiet spot to stay for our 30th reunion at Mount Holyoke. The apartment was beautifully decorated with Turkish rugs, some antiques, and a comfy sofa in the kitchen area. We thought the beds were super comfortable and bedrooms were both spacious and cozy, with closet space to hang up clothes. One of our group had just come from a vacation in Europe, so it was an added bonus to have access to a washer-dryer! We also appreciated that Azam left tea, Keurig coffee pods, and some basic snacks in the kitchen.  (Honestly, we could've cooked breakfast every day because there's a stove and fridge in the kitchen. But we had plenty to eat at MHC. Ha!)  We're already planning to book this again for our 35th reunion!!!

Good location on the edge of downtown without being loud at all. Very walkable and parking was easy to find on nearby streets. The rail trail was nearby as well as lots of neighborhoods to be able to walk the dog, great pet friendly spot.

Deborah was a wonderful host. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment was very clean and tidy. It was spacious enough to feel like it was MUCH better than a hotel stay, while still being cozy and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic, and the "coffee/tea" station was not only an ingenious use of a closet, but also something that made the space feel like a true upgrade from typical lodging situations. The neighborhood was lovely, with a small park area, a fountain and sidewalks everywhere. Although I didn't walk into town during my stay (because the weather was VERY rainy), I made note that it was an easy, safe and quick path. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sleeping was easy, due to the nature of the neighborhood being very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this place if you are a solo traveler looking to spend time in North Hampton or the close by town of Amherst.

Great location for granddaughter's graduation from Mount Holyoke and to get together with other family staying in Springfield. Well stocked unit. Enjoyed our stay.

The place, location, creative qualities, harmonious details, cleanliness, warmth and communication was excellent in every way. I had a glorious and memorable stay and beautiful night’s sleep and dreamtime. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast with them the next morning.

John gave us peace of mind that his house was a safe and welcoming place for all! We arrived to a nice parking spot with greetings from John and a show of the room, and from there we knew it was going to be a comfortable stay and felt like home! If we come this way again we will be checking for John again!

Andy and Cecille are incredible hosts...we celebrated a college graduation, played pickleball and croquet, thought about a round of golf on the premises, but we were all worn out. It has been a joy to stay with them over the past four years and am glad I have these airbnb friends now. Amazing place to stay and relax.

Appreciated the private suite with its own porch and entrance. Very clean. Perfect for 1-2 people. Spacious bathroom. Little kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, kettle and 1-burner plug-in convection stovetop. No oven. Awoke every morning to the most beautiful birdsong. Sweet neighborhood. No problem with on street parking. Super close to downtown Noho for food, coffee, art and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. While this space is a suite in the host’s home they respect your privacy, give you plenty of space and are cordial when your paths cross. You may even get a visit from their cuddly black cat which for us was a bonus! Grateful to have found this spot as I travel to this area often so Im glad to have found somewhere to re-rent in the future!

Comfy, clean home on the river with beautiful views from the rooms. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Home was ready for a large family stay. Highly recommend the home for a peaceful stay.

We loved our stay at Carey’s place. We were there for UMass graduation, and the trees and private location were a welcome reprieve from a busy weekend! The studio is cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed opening the windows for the breeze. It was nice to feel tucked away in the neighborhood. Carey was a responsive and welcoming host.

This beautifully designed, impeccably clean apartment above the garage is so elegant and comfortable. And the bathroom floor is heated! My only disappointment is that there is no table to eat and work at. I do not like eating meals on a tray. Quiet location. Superb.

This basement apartment is in a gorgeous neighborhood—safe and quiet. Yet it also has easy access to the freeway and is nicely located between Northampton and Springfield.

Best air bnb I have ever stayed at. The room is beautiful and charming, the area is fun and walkable, Debra is responsive and helpful. The host recommendations steered me right, don’t skip on reading the binder. Clean, comfortable, cute! I would give this rental a million stars.

We had an awesome time staying here. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable plenty of space for a the three of us. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Next time we’re in town we’ll be looking to stay here again if available. Local food was delicious especially Johnnys.

Benjamins house was honestly more than he described. It was beautiful. I walked in to chocolates, wine glasses, a welcome note with my name on it, the first letter of my name written on the pillows. It was beautiful. The shower was AMAZING and the tub is huge more than enough space for me and my partner to share. It was clean, and more than an enough linens. There was 4 water bottles, chilled: would recommend. Perfect spot to relax in my travels!

Perfect place to stay if you’d like to be near MHC but not on campus. Lovely setting, clean and pleasant. Will be back on my next trip to South Hadley!

Tian was an amazing host. The place was cozy and I was more than comfortable. I would absolutely recommend and I would love to stay again!! A real hidden gem! PS the cat is bonus!

Everything was great - they even had some games, snacks and drinks in the room. The bed was comfortable (a big plus) and the living areas - kitchen, tv room were comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and the sound from the other floors was limited. The location was great esp. if you are visiting Mount Holyoke college like I was; it's about a 12 min drive. The air unit (heat and A/C) worked great too. The only negatives (and I hate to call them that) were: third floor (the small flight of stairs could be challenging for some). Bathroom: a bit on the small side, just enough room for the toilet and sink (the shower is in a different, much bigger room). Overall great. Joe was wonderful, friendly and accessible.
