Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Situated 2 doors down from a diner that opens quite early. You will be amused and entertained by all of the fishermen and women headed out as the sun rises. Enjoy the private beach ! Use our kayaks and peddle boats on the house ! Recently renovated! Please a minimum of 2 nights.
