Delightful self contained cottage

The cottage is self contained and is a well designed space that accommodates a queen sized bed, bathroom and a separate study and is set in an enchanting cottage garden. The well equipped kitchen is in a separate space though part of the cottage and is accessed by its own door from the decking, so you don't have far to go. In the morning lorikeets and other wild birds come to feed and you will be awoken to the romantic sound of birdsong. During spring and summer the garden is at its loveliest.

Thank you Bonnie for letting our family stay in your place for over 2 months while we renovated our house. The location was amazing close to coffee shoes, parks and restaurants as well as public transport. The house was well maintained and the Neighbours were lovely. Bonnie was very helpful and responsive every time I asked to extend time of our stay. Nothing was too hard. She left us a beautiful hamper too. tv and internet was great. So was the couch and the king size bed. The apartment was big enough for a family. The garage is a bit small however for an SUV so we parked outside and there was plenty of onstreet parking. Thanks !

We absolutely loved our stay at Isabelle’s! She was very supportive and kind while we stayed there for our holidays! We really loved the little garden space outside the home. The interiors of the house needs commending! We loved the natural light that came into the kitchen and the whole house. We also loved there was so much space to walk around the house. It was also convenient to have the mall just being a 5 min walk from the house as well. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone exploring the beaches from Brighton to Mornington!

Was very happy with our stay, the place is small but perfect for a couple of days to get away, loved the sauna and the garden was beautiful. the tiny home was clean, organised and a great place to relax, and it was nice and quiet. Jennie's airbnb is the BEST place I have ever seen / stayed at. I would recommend it to anyone who has the holiday home criteria that I had: clean, cute, self-contained, semi-independent, walkable, safe, peaceful. It is a 15 min walk to the pristine Sandringham beach, shops, train station that takes you to the city and lots of other amazing suburbs, in 30 mins. The house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and aesthetics. The fridge and kitchen were perfectly stocked and equipped. The bathroom’s skylight and house garden were my favourites! The bedroom and living room were so well decorated and comfortable, with some special homey touches. Comfy bed, couch, armchair, table. I had a lot of privacy and independence. But I also loved meeting Jennie and her family on occasion. She is kind and helpful and gave me great tips for my stay, and we had some excellent chats over coffee, home-made jams and cakes. She went way above and beyond :)
