Clean, small but perfect for me. Cute but no stove. Could use an air fryer. But it was great. I suggest keeping the bathroom door shut to avoid a humid draft. No complaints.

Such a beautiful place! My family and I had a wonderful time here. The host was so accommodating and the space was perfect for our family of 6 (including a toddler). We would absolutely come back and book this place again!

Our family had a peaceful stay surrounded by amazing birds and beautiful trees and comfortable bed. We loved being close by the pool to enjoy the amazing pool area with bbq's too! Bridgette made sure we had what we needed for our 9 month old Grandson to sleep in Playnpak. We sure enjoyed all the beach and snorkeling equipment and ice chests! We would definitely come come and recommend this tranquil condo.

Laura, the co-host, was exceptionally proactive and responsive. The accommodation exceeded its advertisement, and parking was convenient. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the rental's location was ideal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would book again!

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

Great place in the north area of Kauai. Close to Hanalei. Sina’s place was great for my boyfriend and I. We really appreciated the AC in the bedroom and the free laundry in the place. The host was also great at communicating and responding quickly. I would book with Sina again in the future! :)

We loved our stay! We could have stayed 2 weeks. Loved the plunge pool feature and garden. Chilling out on the screen porch was so relaxing. We enjoyed making dinner in the modern kitchen and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Driving into Kapa’a was quick and easy either north or south route. Understand that Kauai is windy most of the time; the pool will have leaves fall into it all day. Just net them out before each dip.

Kurt was a great host! Clear communication and easy instructions to follow. The whole process was seamless and stress free. They have instructions waiting for you when you arrived. If it wasn’t for their tip on how single lane bridges work, I would have been so confused. Beautiful views and great location. Will definitely book again when I make another trip to Kauai.

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

Incredible vacation thanks to the perfect home base. This home is comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, with little extras that really set it apart…all the beach toys you could want (cruiser bikes, surf boards and car roof carry system, boogie boards, snorkel gear, cooler, chairs). Our family of four didn’t need to rent a thing, which saved us money and hassle. The home is also stocked with bath products, paper products and everything a home cook will need or want. The location is terrific, with walking paths and beaches nearby, along with restaurants, a market and more. Our teens loved riding bikes to the beach on their own and grabbing gear right from the garage to add to the fun. Ian and Melissa are very good at what they do; they’re kind, responsive and thoughtful, taking care of every need. If you’re looking for a beautiful home-away-from-home, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

My family of 6 stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property. The house sits secluded in its own grove of fruit trees, surrounded by a canal. It is also just a short few-min walk to Moloa’a Bay, which is never too crowded. The spacious house has everything you need to cook meals, or enjoy some downtime on the wrap-around porch. It also comes equipped with all of the necessities you would need for enjoying the beach- kayaks, surf boards, snorkels, towels, fishing rods, and more!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I wish I could hire the owners to decorate my own house because everything was just stunning. My daughter said, “this is my dream beach house!” We appreciated how well stocked everything was. We felt right at home. All the beach gear was perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated that the check out “to do” list was short and sweet. We loved the açaí bowl place that was within walking distance and we loved how close the condo was to Hanalei town. My only suggestion is if you’re traveling during the summer months, stop by and turn on the AC units in the rooms before going to explore the town. We didn’t and regretted that because it took a little while to cool down the house. But after a couple of hours, the condo was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this spot- it’s great!

This home was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The layout is perfect for a larger family or group. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and BBQing. The views are spectacular from the gorgeous deck. The location is perfect to frequent restaurants, sites, and outdoor activities. Our family made lasting memories and we would rank the home a 10!!!!

We loved our time at this home, perfect place for our family of 7. Super clean, spacious, safe / quiet neighborhood, A/C was awesome, beach chairs / towels/ umbrellas, on and on. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

Such a wonderful vacation home; so relaxing. Plenty of seating for family of 6. Loved having space on the large sofa piece for everyone. Air conditioners were great too. Enjoyed privacy for each family; 3 bathrooms (perfect). Very clean. Nice to have umbrellas for outdoor showers when walking to and from beach access. Able to wash clothing as needed. Beds very comfortable and offered privacy for each family. Hosts were so kind and quickly responsive to questions or needs. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Blessings.

So much to say about this place. If you are comparing listings… just book this one, you won’t be sorry. This house was so comfortable especially the beds, we slept so good. It is a completely air conditioned house! It gets humid and hot here. Lots of places have ac in the bedrooms but not the living room, kitchen, etc. This is also the only Airbnb that I didn’t need to rinse dishes off before using them and my feet were not dirty from walking around inside; IT WAS SO CLEAN! Everything we needed was available from kitchen utensils to beach towels and more. The neighborhood that this house is located in is more on the luxury side and great for walking. Very safe and convenient with stores and restaurants in walking distance. My children and I felt so comfortable here and I’m so glad we found this place.

This was a great place and a short walk to the beach. Also great how close it was to the airport after a long flight to the island. Wonderful Airbnb hosts as well as they were always super responsive and proactive. Loved being about midway between the North and Southside of the island. Couple places we loved near by, favorite shaved ice was Hee Fat and Malasadas at Paradise bakery. Like this rental, very reasonable prices and offer fantastic products!

Comfortable home in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. We especially enjoyed socializing, cooking and dining in the large airy “great” room after a busy day exploring beaches and hiking trails. Wonderful view of the sunset from covered deck and dining table. Loved viewing albatross families with their chicks in nearby cul-de-sacs. Matt and his manager, Monica, were timely and responsive to our questions and pleasant to work with. Only downside was that the malfunctioning BR fans/lights had not been repaired/replaced before our arrival plus dealing with the shaky kitchen faucet barely hanging on to its base …

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Very peaceful neighborhood. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Not walkable to shops but the drive was short to a shopping center with groceries and restaurants. We did have a few bugs, lizards in the home which is expected for Hawaii! And little frogs liked to take a dip in the pool later in the day with us!

Laura was great. Very responsive and helpful with tips and ideas. Friendly and the location is centrally located in Princeville and close to Hanalei. We will be back!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST VACATION HOME WE HAVE EVER RENTED!!! HANDS DOWN! Every staff interaction and every single detail of the home, beautifully meticulous. I could weep at the grace displayed to my family. This home CRADLED us. What a MAGNIFICENT space. The energy was so clean. IT IS A HOME!! KAUAI was perfect, this home was exceptional and the way it cared for us; divine. STAY STAY STAY!!!!

Great experience. Outstanding location is quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to shops, coffee, groceries, beach, walking path along golf course, basketball court, and park. Perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Plenty of fans, windows, and tradewinds to keep us cool, so the lack of AC wasn't an issue. Thrilled the garage had bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other amenities we didn't expect. Host was friendly and very helpful. Lots of bright lizards/geckos outside were fun to watch. Had to relocate a few baby geckos that snuck inside. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.

We had a fabulous visit. The house was as described and matched the photos. The kitchen was well-quipped. We loved the view from the back deck. Our group of 8 made good use of the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment provided in the garage. One unexpected thing we discovered while walking is that albatrosses live in Princeville. We found a pair in a cul-de-sac at the end of Keoniana Rd. just a short walk from Thames place. Thank you Thames and Aida for a wonderful stay.

Our family loved staying here! Great home away from home with everything we could have possibly needed.
