The pictures are 100% accurate in their representation. Everything was clean and it was easy to get in and out of the building. Definitely recommend staying here. Allie was a great with all her replies when we had questions.

Excellent place in northern Indianapolis! It felt like home the moment I stepped in, and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay from start to finish.

This is a *killer* loft, with high ceilings, beautiful high end touches and even artwork. The TV and sound system is fantastic, private parking and you can see Gainbridge Fieldhouse outside the window. The host is great, and extremely communicative and responsive. I stay in Indy often, and this was my favorite place to date.

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

This location was exactly as described and was perfect for our family! The host was extremely helpful and responsive! The apartment was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. We couldn’t have asked for more. The parking options made it even easier for us during our stay. 100% would stay here again!!

Wonderful stay! Anna was very welcoming and communicative. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Clear instructions made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, the host was incredible with communication. She gave very quick responses and answered any questions I had which I appreciated very much. The place was overall neat, clean and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was not too far from downtown which is what we were looking for. The only feedback I have is the shower. It's in good condition but there can be further improvements on the floor and wall. Nonetheless, it also had it's advantages such as having a built-in light in the shower for extra visibility, which I thought was great. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely book again!

The little apartment looked just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. It has designated parking and as I was traveling alone I felt completely safe. Johnny was extremely patient, kind and helpful with the check-in when I ran into a problem with timing. He responded to all of my questions with either text or phone call, and made me feel like he cared about my experience. I would definitely stay there again, if traveling there in the future. Jamie

This is a clean, cool, and accessible apartment in the heart of downtown Indy. It has a cool industrial style and is well maintained. This apartment is clean and clutter-free. It was an easy walk to Gainbridge to watch the Fever game and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I appreciated the security of the apartment and the complex. The keycode ensured safety for my family during our getaway. The host was very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a great location with easy access to the highway to get to where we were going. Everything was provided that we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to this area.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! The place was lovely! Great space and very clean. I needed to stay here after my surgery and I was worried about my guest being able to check on me. But everything worked out great and if we had any questions for Amy she replied right away. I would definitely stay here again.
