The direction of the plot guarantees magnificent sunrises and sunsets that you can enjoy on the large 60 m2 outdoor terrace. There is also a rowboat. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the sea, yet close to all services.

Villa Albatross is located in a marine environment in a manor house setting in the Nordcenter golf center. The house is located on the golf course and offers a magnificent view of the golf course and the sea. The golf center's services and restaurant are right next door. The Fiskars and Billnäs ironworks villages are also nearby. The villa is suitable for a family or small group. The house has three spacious bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate six people.
