New unique, atmospheric semi-detached cottage completed for Christmas 2023. Äkäsvilla is a log cabin for quality-conscious holidaymakers in the new Röhkömukanmaa area in Äkäslompolo, Ylläs. The cottage accommodates 6+2 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails (500m), slopes (1.5km) and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen facing the northern sky, you can admire the mountain landscape and, in the evenings, see the starry sky and the flames of the northern lights. 3 km to the store.

Just completed, atmospheric and high-quality log semi-detached house on the slope of Lake Ylläs. The location of the property is ideal for outdoor activities: you can access the ski slope directly from the yard and the nearest ski lift is in the backyard (70m). You can ski down directly to the yard of this cottage from the longest ski slope in Finland! There is also a snowshoeing trail to Ylläs fell from the backyard. Our small cottage with sauna, located in the center of Äkäslompolo village in Lapland, along the old reindeer trail, is an excellent destination for one or two people. In the sauna of the cottage, you can enjoy the steam of a traditional wood-fired sauna. All the village's services are within walking distance and buses to the airport or train station leave from the courtyard of a nearby hotel a couple of hundred meters away. You can also book breakfast separately from us, which is served in the main building. Welcome!

Atmospheric log cabin on the shore of Äkäsjoki. From the windows of the cottage, you can follow the flowing river, which is less than 20 meters away. You can go swimming after the sauna without worrying about the neighbors. This cottage accommodates 7 people at its best, but works best with less than six people. Downstairs you will find a hallway, a kitchen with a great fireplace, a sauna, a shower room, a toilet and a bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with views of nature.

The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.
