Enjoy your upstairs master suite + office/2nd bedroom, downstairs "café" and all-season sunroom. Relax with a view to the garden and woods beyond. We are 1.5 miles to Hanover/Dartmouth, and 1.0 mile to King Arthur Baking. Our street is part of the Appalachian Trail, and you will be near many Upper Valley attractions. The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter - 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for all Weekends. I require at least a two night stay for the whole month of October with the exception of October 6th. This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill. The room has high ceilings, a full-sized bed, a bathroom/shower, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and compact fridge. A short walk away from restaurants and cafes and a 12-minute drive to Dartmouth College. Please note that there is no kitchen sink or stove.

Studio 154 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a country setting. 18 mins to Lebanon and 25 mins to Mount Sunapee. A short drive through the neighborhood past mountain views, King Blossom Farm Stand, and meadows that frequently host wildlife and sunsets.
