My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

The accommodation consists of a separate annexe with a spacious attic sleeping area including a King size bed with refreshments tray, 2 comfy chairs and a television. There is also a dining table and chairs for 2, a microwave and a small fridge. Leading down an oak staircase to the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
