Holiday houses in Happy Bay Beach

Julie's place was exactly as shown on the listing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views from the balcony. The parking was a little challenging at first because it is a one way and you have to back into the spots but I eventually got the hang of it. There is a beautiful pool on site that was never too crowded and a few local restaurants and small grocery market within walking distance. A car is definitely recommended though to explore the island. Julie was always prompt in responding and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded. Short drive to Super U for supplies. Beautiful view! Would stay here again!

From the very beginning Mélody responded in a timely and comprehensive manner to all my questions. She shared a great list of recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and other beaches, as well as a thorough overview of the apartment itself. I did not end up visiting other beaches in the Grand Case area, as the beach right outside the apartment complex was perfect for me. Further down the beach it becomes really congested. So, it was always relaxing to be on our beach outside the apartment. I did not rent a car in Grand Case, and that was not a problem at all, as a number of excellent restaurants and boutique stores are within walking distance (less than 10 minutes away). Restaurants include French bistros and other local places. I completely enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment. I appreciated the responses of Mélody and Pauline and their thoughtful attention and flexibility throughout my time there. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I look forward to returning!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

We had such an amazing 5 days at the bungalow! Everything was very clean upon arrival! The seclusion and privacy this house offered was great for a couples vacation we thoroughly enjoyed and will book again! Don’t be deterred by not having air conditioning. We opened the window vents and turned on the fans at night and were perfectly cool during June! The location of this house is perfect on the island! Every beach and restaurant we wanted to go to was no more than a 20 minute drive. Breeze was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had before and during our trip! You MUST book this property if you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing getaway!

This place was absolutely incredible! If you're a family or a group of friends, stop and don't look elsewhere as Villa "Be Happy" is just for you. This house was stocked with every item one could possibly ask for! The place was also immaculate and so tastefully decorated. The upstairs porch had the most magnificent sunset views and views of Anguilla. The location is on point with Friar's Bay and Happy Bay only a short walk away. Going to the beach is so easy from here amongst nature plus you have the option of Grand Case nearby. From the moment we booked Alize and her team were on fire to make sure we had the best stay. Yoann was absolutely incredible and had the best restaurant recommendations. He really made our trip special and everything he said or booked was true to his word and EXCELLENT. If I could give this place six stars I would. A very special location. You will not be disappointed at "Be Happy".

Well appointed, clean and tidy space perfect for relaxation. The beach was a quick walk away and the pools were a nice addition. There weren’t many food options nearby, so if you’re planning to stay without a rental car, you might want to rethink that plan. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and their restaurant was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this space.

Leonard's place is a wonderful choice for a stay in St. Maarten. It is in the heart of Grand Case, ideally located on a stunning stretch of beach and close to all of the fantastic restaurants and shops. Max and Chelsea were excellent hosts. Welcoming and gracious, they gave superb recommendations and made sure to check that our stay was going well. We experienced one hiccup with rhe living room AC, but they were very responsive and had an electrician go have it repaired. The apartment itself is clean, airy, and well appointed. With a stellar view of the sea and mountains, it's an ideal place to experience the vibe that is Grand Case - whether it's listening to the sea or the lively sounds of the activities from the beach outside. It is very quiet after 10PM, so rest is guaranteed. All in all, it was the perfect choice for an unforgettable trip.
