Holiday rentals with a patio in Harbour Island

Great value, private and comfortable right behind the evolving Romara Bay property. We really enjoyed ourselves! Studio suite was clean and the bed was comfy! We were very lucky to meet Tim the owner, who was a highlight!

Originally the family home of the host, this lovely residence has been updated for easy, vacation-mode living. With a 5 min golf cart ride to the fantastic beach, a 10 min ride to all of the restaurants, shops and harbor, this location is ideal. Beds are comfy, showers are great water pressure and temp, and all living spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Host Sam was awesome, from local dining/shopping/activity recommendations to having a golf cart rental ready for us when we arrived, the best host we could have. Hope to return and hope to land there when we do!

Tim’s place was perfect for our larger group. It has a fantastic outdoor space and lots of bells and whistles in terms of beach toys and outdoor activities. It was laid back and exactly what we were hoping for with a group of teenagers too! Tim was friendly, easy to communicate with and we would love to return to his spot! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our time at Siren Song as we celebrated our friends getting married at the Other Side Hotel. We chose this place based on its proximity to the resort (walkable during low tide) but ended up so happy with the space. The beach access is perfect, we often felt like it was a private beach just for our party. We watched plenty of sea turtles, birds, and rays. We took the paddle boards out every morning and cooked several meals at home. We were greeted every time we returned by two sweet kitties who even followed us down to the beach. We were a very short drive to lots of beautiful sights - twin sisters beach and queens bath were our favorites. The area was buggy but Dani provided bug spray with the home. Lots of clean towels and we enjoyed some puzzles during down time. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We all agreed we had it much better than the folks paying a lot more down at the resort!

This house was just perfect for our family! We wanted a relaxing homey environment and that’s just what we got! Great set up with bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. The decks were great to hang out on in the evening and relax. The house is on the quiet part of the island but very close to everything. All the pictures do it justice and are accurate. What isn’t pictured however are the AMAZING hosts!! I stay in Airbnb’s pretty regularly and I have never had as good an experience as I have with Sam and her family. Hands down the best! They are a great team and have provided us with help, suggestions, directions and friendship before we ever left home to go to Harbour Island. What a treat, and we will definitely book with Sam in the future.

Perfect! Cobalt Cottage was everything and more! We loved every moment we spent inside the cottage. Our kids enjoyed catching hermit crabs and playing on the slide / swings! The screened in porch was the place to be, and was so peaceful. Adrian, the property manager, was so helpful and made sure we knew where to go and how to get there; he even help set up a boating experience, it was amazing. It was nice having him close by, always ready to help if needed! We felt safe the entire time, and everyone on the island were so nice. We used Chad and Hope’s guide a lot, it was so helpful and informative. Everything we did was based on this guide and it did not steer us wrong! We will definitely be back; our kids (4, 7, 10) were so sad to leave, so were we!

We absolutely loved our stay at On The Rocks for our family vacation with a 1 year old. The house is decorated beautifully and was super clean with fresh bedding. If you're looking for a place to truly unplug, this is the place. The view is stunning and the local beach is a short walk away. We couldn't believe we got an entire beach to ourselves! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed, which made it easy to pack light. It is definitely remote – which is a amazing if you're looking for peace and quiet, but might not be for you if you're looking for something close to hustle and bustle of a town. The road in from the highway took about 10 minutes to get to the house. There are a handful of restaurants under a 20 minute drive and we enjoyed meals at El Karaka, Big Daddy's, and The Cove. We also did day trips to Harbour Island and French Leave beach (would recommend Tippy's as a place to spend an afternoon). We'd highly recommend On the Rocks or Due South!

At short notice, we needed a place to stay and Tim responded quickly and sorted us out immediately. We got there and were greeted by the amazing Kendrick and just felt so at home immediately. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and appreciate the support of Tim and his crew!
