Tree top cabin on steel frame perfect for those who want to relax in the treetops and turn off the phone and listen to birdsong and the wind or the total silence in the evening only interrupted by the Owls. Great close contact with birds and fjord views in the winter months. Limited due to leaves on the trees in the summer but a short walk to the beautiful Svaberg and beach. Here you can also go for walks in the woods or on local peaks or on a day trip to Folgefonna summer ski resort. Trolltunga can also be a destination if you want to go on a long trip.

Fjellsyn is located 1110 m above sea level and is a beautiful log cabin/granary on Haugastøl, with a stunning panorama view overlooking Ustevann and Hardangervidda National Park. Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset in the east, and Hardanger in the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and tracks in the area

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

About 500 meters down to the village center where you find restaurants, shops, grocery store, Ægir brewery and pub, Fjordsafari, Fjord Sauna and Flåm railway. The apartment is perfect for couples or families. We have 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed (180x200 cm), bedroom 2 has two single beds, and bedroom 3 has one single bed. Det en utedo knyttet til hytta, men den som leier hytta vil også ha tilgang på delt bad og kjøkken i hovedhuset på Vikinghaug. This is the place to rent if you want a very special romantic and primitive stay with absolutely outstanding views. This is a small cabin with double bed. Shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom in the main house.

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

This is a place far away from city streets, noise and hustle and bustle. The area is rural overlooking fjords and mountains. A little steep road and a few turns lead you here to quiet and peace secluded in a small rustic home with a lot of nature available.
