The house is in a wonderful location - the river flows behind the house, take our SUP boards and go paddling! Not far away is a white sand beach - a lovely hike through the pine forest in about 15 minutes. Quiet, but close to everything. Niitvälja golf 15 minutes and Tallinn 15 minutes away. We also have a charger for a electric cars. Modern house, 3 bedrooms, wood burning sauna, kitchen, outdoor grill and of course nature. With us, you can enjoy the Vääna-Jõesuu beach resort in both summer and winter. You can relax, grill, hammock, go to the beach, and walk in the woods as well as work in the home office looking at the greenery. Children can play on the playground and sandbox, and have fun in the inflatable pool in the summer. In the hot summer, the room receives cooling and in the winter with a warm air heat pump, in addition, warm and coziness provides a glass door oven and electric radiators.

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

You will find a rocky beach within 3 minutes of walking distance, sandy beach 15 minutes walk, the village center with a small shop and bus-stop at 20 minutes walking. Ground floor bedroom has a double bed and child bed (for up to 5 year old). Top floor sleeping area can accommodate 4 people. There is a bubble bath and private sauna (can be heated with firewood).

We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.

It is a great quiet neighbourhood in a suburban area 40 min away from the city centre by bus and 30 min by car. The apartment has a wholly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath. The area is nice and quiet to take walks in as it is surrounded by many forests. Parking is free and there are enough parking spaces.

Around the cottage is a well taken care of garden and many juniper trees distinctive to this area. There is a sauna and a bathtub that can be used in summer.
