A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with your own dock, bathing ladder and boat spot for deep boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Modern accommodation with jetty and swimming

Newly built house located to the side of our residential house but bounded and with completely separate spaces. We mostly hang out on the other side but of course if we see you on the balcony. Small dog probably wants to say hello too. Take the path down to the pier and swim or walk to Henån's vibrant center with shops and several restaurants. Close to forest and land and perfect starting point for day trips with bus or car to Bohuskust's gems. We recommend day crossing with M/S Byfjorden from nearby port.

Modern house with unique design and beautiful sea view. The house has a combined living room and kitchen with space for nice dinners. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/wc. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Outside the terrace around the whole house with seating groups in different weather strokes. On the terrace with sea view a wood fired hot tub. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is an oak tree that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
