Cottage sleeps 10, Hot Tub, Snowdonia, Log Burner

KatherineRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A very nice property for our party of 10. The kitchen had lots of utensils and there was plenty of storage throughout the property. It was handy having bathrooms on each floor and ensuites. Fans provided if it was hot and little torches for at night. The bunk beds were squeaky and a bit rocky so only suitable for younger children, otherwise the other beds were very comfortable. Parking wasn't a problem, we had 3 cars and managed to park 2 close to the property everyday, the 3rd we had to park a little further down the road.

Cosy house with hot tub and stunning valley views

RobertRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved our stay at Nimah's airbnb "The Piggery" it was great to switch off and enjoy the surroundings, and we had good weather for 90% of the stay which made it even better. The location was ideal and the views from the property were amazing, especially during dusk. There were lots of useful things within the Piggery and the hosts seem to have thought of everything to make you stay relaxing ,including a great selection of dvds and games. We done a lot of walking during our stay and highlights included walking into to Llangollen via the canal path and visiting horseshoe falls and the surrounding area. Lots of places to eat including the Bridgend hotel in the town centre and returning to relax in the hot tub with the views was really nice We would definitely return and stay again at the Piggery, Nimah was an attentive but not intrusive host, and we wish her well with the upcoming addition to her family

2 bed /2 bath luxury barn conversion with hot tub

AlisonRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This was our second stay in Sarnau and we enjoyed our four nights as much as our first visit. The property is just lovely. In a beautiful location. Peaceful but easy to get to places. It’s extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean and with fabulous hosts where nothing is too much trouble. We find it a great location to do lots in the area and this time we visited the coast twice which is less than an hour away. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

Cottage for two with Hot tub on Mt Snowdon

AndrewRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a lovely weekend break at Rosie’s property, the location was excellent just off the Rhyd Ddu path and in a lovely quaint quiet area. The cottage had everything you could ask for and was very clean and tidy, the hot tub being a lovely little touch. Had a really great experience from start to finish, Rosie was very helpful and the instructions provided were excellent. Would recommend to anyone contemplating!

Wow. Danny's place is beautiful inside and out. The hot tub was easy to use and the house was super comfy. Llanberis has everything you'd need and is a great gateway to North Wales. Something to do in all weathers.

3-storey fisherman's cottage, with 3 bedrooms

ArindomRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great time at Emmas beautiful house. The house was well equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. In the kitchen there were plenty of cups and utensils . The beds were very comfy and bathroom was very clean. It is a three story house with steep stairs so something to be mindful of. There is a short walk from parking to the house , so if you have lots of luggage then plan to park to the nearest location for unloading which could be tricky to find. Location of the house is great , restaurants nearby , shops , supermarkets and sea beach are at walking distance. Emma has ben very responsive throughout and clear and detailed in her instructions. The house is located in Gibraltar Lane so worth keeping that in note whilst locating the house

Romantic Grade 2 Listed Cottage in Maentwrog

RobRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay in Catrin’s cottage. The location was ideal for us - in a picturesque, quiet village, but within easy driving distance of Portmeirion, Harlech Castle, the Ffestiniog Railway and all of the other attractions in and around the Snowdonia (Eryri) National Park. There was also an excellent restaurant and pub (The Grapes) within a few minutes’ walk - Sunday lunch there was a particular highlight. The cottage itself was cosy, comfortable, well designed and equipped with everything that we needed. The quirky design made the most of the available space, and the view of the Vale of Ffestiniog from the kitchen and bedroom windows was magnificent. The log burner was a bonus, especially as we ‘enjoyed’ some typical North Wales weather during our stay! Catrin was an excellent host, and the pre-check in information that she provided meant that we were able to find the cottage easily despite its secluded location. Overall highly recommended - we’d definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem nestled away in the heart of the town

HelenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Sarah was great, she sent through a video to show how to find this wonderfully hidden gem of a place. Location could not have been better for us as we'd planned to use the train for trips out and the station was under 10 mins walk away. Co-op is next to station for provisions and there is a laundrette if you need to get your washing dry before heading home! The cottage was fabulous just as we expected from the listed photos. Barmouth is a great place lots of cafe's, pubs & restaurants to choose from. Parking was not a problem we just paid to leave it in the recommended car park next door for convenience - Rob was lovely. If you are reading this review go on give it a go you will not be disappointed 😉

Min-y-don Cottage : The perfect holiday base

KevRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This Airbnb is literally 2 mins from Barmouth’s main street , which offers pubs, coffee shops etc, yet it is very quiet. The beach is about 5/10 mins walk away and you can see it once outside the cottage. There is a Coop and Spar about 5/10 mins walk too. The cottage itself is snug in size, but very cleverly furnished and has everything anyone could need. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and just the perfect base for our four night stay. It has its own parking spot too, which is a huge bonus. Gita was very responsive and all information was super helpful and clear. Cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough. It’s a real gem. Thank you Gita.

Cosy cottage with spectacular sea view

GillyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely few days at Mison’s place. A really comfortable, spotless cottage with a fantastic view over the sea. The deck area is super and perfect relaxing or watching the sunset. Mison had left helpful local information, which made our stay even better by enjoying local eateries. We would all happily return to explore the area further. Thank you Mison.

Pen and Maes Cottage Criccieth

StephanieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely time in Criccieth! Edna's place is tranquil and perfectly located for lots of beautiful country and coastal walks. There are a nice variety of places to eat and some excellent local businesses (cafes, shops, sauna, etc). The folks in this small town were super friendly and the weather (cool and bit overcast) was perfect for what we were looking for. We highly recommend Edna's place: comfortable, clean, well-equipped and very peaceful. Edna is an excellent host: she provides excellent information and lots of local guidebooks and maps; she keeps the home in good repair; and knows how to make folks feel at home!

A great base from which to explore Anglesey. The cottage is in a great location and had everything we needed to feel at home for a cosy stay. Phil was a great host, very friendly and helpful with his recommendations. He even went above and beyond by sending tide times and traffic updates following check out. Would certainly recommend and stay again.

Fabulous valley views Slate Miners 1860s Cottage

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house was lovely and everything we needed was there or in a convenient distance from the home. Jenny provided household items needed to survive your trip and was very helpful in pointing us to the right places to visit if we needed anything else, such as visiting the local laundrette for laundry. The house is located near the main road, meaning that travelling to Tywyn or other places was very easy to do. The local town of Abergynolwyn is very quaint and quiet, with a lot of walks around to do, and the town's station for the Talyllyn railway is a short walk away. Jenny and her husband were super friendly and super helpful for our trip, replying to any queries we had and helping us with the curious animals of the Welsh countryside visiting the house - watch out for those crows! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Talgarth Cottage, Eryri (Snowdonia)

IsabelRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
I had a wonderful stay at Talgarth Cottage. It is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean as well as being very cosy and comfortable. The kitchen had thoughtful touches such as tea , coffee, spices, kitchen roll, tea towels and cleaning materials provided and easy to find. Also logs provided for the woodburner. I liked that there was a folder with instructions for the appliances,tv, etc, as well as a piece on how the gardens were made nature friendly. Chris and Ally are warm, superb hosts, I was late arriving thanks to train cancellations , they were very responsive with updates and Chris very kindly came to collect me from the local train station. The cottage is set in very peaceful natural surroundings which are a haven for wildlife, I saw my first badger in the wild, which was amazing and totally unexpected. The views of the mountains from the cottage are incredible, if you love nature and walking it's a perfect place to stay. I loved it and hope to return for a longer stay!

Beautiful, High Quality, Riverside Cottage

NicholasRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a fabulous 5 nights at Jon & Amie’s little cottage. It was spotless and well appointed, although a tray for taking food and drink outside would be a useful addition. The location is stunning and we didn’t find the close proximity to the road and bridge any problem; the road is surprisingly busy and you must take great care when driving out of the parking space. Overall it was excellent! Thank you Jon and Amie!!

We had an amazing stay at Bridgend cottage. Julie made us feel so welcome and her cake was gorgeous. The cottage is delightful, so well equipped and cosy, with lots of lovely personnel touches. It was great to sit in the evening with the fore on and listen to the river and the birds. So peaceful and relaxing. It is a beautiful location. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful cottage and are hoping to come back soon. Thankyou Julie and Martin
