The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

Narracott House is ideal for holidays and to catch up with friends and relatives. Sociable sitting room with wood burning fire. Open plan kitchen leads to a dining room that seats 8 easily. The spacious house has a lovely garden with wonderful open views. Entertain yourselves with table football and darts. Pretty Cotswold village. 10 minute walk to the Crown at Ampney Brook pub/restaurant/wedding venue. Close to Cripps and Old Gore wedding venues. A well equipped home not a bland holiday let!

Rosemary Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed 17th-century Cotswold stone cottage in the heart of Bibury, “the most beautiful village in England.” Just a 2-min walk to Arlington Row and close to the tranquil River Coln, it blends original features like exposed beams with modern comforts. The Outhouse is a gorgeous and spacious cottage. It is totally private with its own entrance and parking and has the most wonderful views across a field at the back. There is a large bedroom with a Kingsize double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a loo. The main living area has an open plan kitchen as well as a large sofa that converts into a bed, TV and wifi. Through the double doors there is small patio with wonderful views and a bbq, an electric charging point and a bicycle shed.
