Architectural house built in 1978 in an urban area. Furnished in an older style, artistic and has a tiled stove and fireplace. Beautiful view of Härnösand and Nattviken, Härnösand harbor. Well located near the E4 and Härnösand city center. There is an infrared sauna. Patio is available both at the front and back of the house. Accommodation for up to 10 people, 8 beds and a sofa bed. Walking distance to Härnösand city center with shops, cafés, restaurants and beautiful Östanbäcken (older district).

Lämna bruset & kom till en liten idyll. Här bor du utan grannar in på knuten. Huset är nyligen renoverat och har en mysigt ”cottage” känsla över sig i all enkelhet. Intill huset hittar du vandringsleder, bäcken och naturens godis som svamp & bär. Mkt fin badplats finns 4km bort. I Ljustorpsån kan du både fiska, bada och paddla. På vintern erbjuder läget dig mkt fina skotermöjligheter då leden går strax bredvid huset. Sängkläder ingår ej men kan bokas för 150kr per person. Bensin/affär 3km

Large apartment near Birsta (Sundsvall/Timrå)

Here you find a spacious apartment with 5 minutes with car to both Sundsvall and Timrå and only 20 min walk to the big shopping center Birsta City with IKEA, Media Markt etc. When you go outside the door you have a 30x15 m where you are ou are welcome to play or have a bbq. There are also black-currant and gooseberry bushes free four eating. On the other side of the house there is shared parking for about six cars and 20 meter from the road too Birsta and route E4.

Welcome to this fantastic place in the High coast of Sweden, Unesco heritage site. The apartment is 90 sqm on the second floor of a villa with view to Ångerman river. Free parking for one car. Smoking is not allowed. Distances: High coast bridge 10 km, Kramfors center 11 km, Pizzeria & grill 400 m, boat harbor and bathing place 700m. You can find more than 30 nature reserves in Kramfors municipality, being Skuleberget the top of them.

Skuleskogens National Park is half an hour away, one of Sweden's finest and coolest national parks.
