The courtyard house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a peaceful environment. In the old part, visible timber walls. Several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

The villa is surrounded by strikingly beautiful natural surroundings and has direct access to the beach, a rock pool, excellent fishing opportunities, and lovely hiking trails. This exclusive property is of the highest standard and has everything you could possibly want. A short distance from the house is one of Sweden's most beautiful seaside resorts, Smitingen, and with only a few kilometers to Härnösand, which is located at the start of the Höga Kusten World Heritage Site, the location is perfect!

The cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, a shower and a composting toilet, as well as a nice outdoor toilet. Sea views both from the deck and the sofa in the living room, enjoy an incredible sunset sitting out late at night. Walking distance to nice sandy beach for swimming and barbecue. Welcome to our home! We offer a bright and airy apartment in the center of Härnösand in the picturesque district of Östanbäcken. The apartment has two rooms, one bedroom and one living room (total 59 sqm) and it is located on the second floor of our courtyard house. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and in the living room, there is a day bed that can be transformed into a double bed. Unfortunately, there is no door to the living room, but we have put up a curtain that can be drawn. Parking is just outside.

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Hemsö Hideaway
Welcome to this oasis on beautiful Hemsön, in the World Heritage High Coast. Here, you stay just a stone's throw from the sea, with access to a small beach (shared with the host) where you can start the day with a morning dip or enjoy the evening sun in peace. Two rowboats (with life jackets to borrow) are available. If you also want to try your luck at fishing, there is fishing gear available to borrow. Charcoal grill, charcoal, and lighter fluid are available on the patio.

It is possible to park a car in the yard completely free of charge if it is available. Must be booked in advance. Two bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. The house is one of the oldest in Härnösand, it was built in 1841, but is tastefully renovated! Everything in the kitchen is available! The apartment is renovated January 2021!
