Relax back at the house while enjoying time on the front porch or an evening on the couch. Located on Main Street.

10 years of love and affection went into building our 2 bedroom custom home. Sticking with natural products to blend together the beauty of the surrounding area. Lay in bed at night and listen to river that runs the entire length of the property. The house has a full kitchen with seating for 6. Spacious living room for relaxing or admiring one of the many birds that visit all year round. Two upstairs bedrooms and office space. Walkout basement with full entertainment area, hot tub,exercise room.

For lunch, come in and get fresh made subs or our famous brick oven pizza slices. A perfect getaway for couples, friends, or family in every season. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, ice skating and boating on serene Sadawga Lake. It's a quick drive to skiing at Mount Snow, shopping and dining in Wilmington, and direct access to the VAST trail.

Washer/dryer Smart TV with premium streaming services The front porch, side porch, and the yard on that side is all private and for you to enjoy. Please note, I live next door, and I have a dog.

Enjoy a converted camper as your private getaway in Southern VT. Less than 10 min to downtown Brattleboro, yet nestled in the woods for a quiet retreat. Full galley kitchen and living/lounge area. Wood stove for primary heating (electric backup for not so cold days). Outdoor spaces include a fire pit, deck, pool table, hot outdoor shower, outhouse (composting toilet), and forest for galavanting. The place is a perfect fit for up to two adults and one kid (63" long fold down couch).

Three elevated decks with chairs and a hammock give you options for relaxing and steeping in the forest vibe. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane gas range. We provide potable water from our well. Outdoor shower with on-demand hot water. Simple outhouse with sawdust composting system is clean and convenient.

This newly-renovated historic schoolhouse overlooks our family's regenerative organic farm. The Schoolhouse is bright & open, with a modern design & peaceful, rustic feel. It is the perfect place to relax & enjoy a country setting with views of the Green Mountains in every direction. We have added a new private deck at the Schoolhouse property, with a hot tub & panoramic barrel sauna. Come to unwind, cook, & enjoy a quintessential Vermont experience on our 350 acre property.

Architectural GuestSuite

The Guest Suite is located on the first floor of an architectural studio in historic Wilmington, Vermont. Please enjoy the piano, drums, and art supplies! The Guest Suite is both UNIVERSALLY ACCESSIBLE, TOBACCO FREE, and ANIMAL FREE due to allergies in our family. LineSync Architecture staff will be working from 8:30am - 5ish upstairs, and once in a while on the weekends. When guests are in we try to be super sensitive and quiet, but footsteps will be heard!
