Beautiful lake house overlooking Tjeldsundet. Quiet surroundings with both hiking terrain and fishing opportunities just outside the house. Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

There are two bedrooms with double beds on the main floor and double bed in the loft. The bathroom is furnished with Cinderella incineration toilet and Cinderella urinal, shower cubicle and sink . There is open living room/kitchen and in the living room there is TV. Have internet. There is no dishwasher or washing machine at the cabin. There is a private parking lot. Welcome to our spacious town house. Here it is high ceilings, bright and cozy. The house is located on a quiet street 5 minutes walk to the center. Everything the city has to offer is just minutes away. The university (UiT Harstad) and the theatre (Harstad Kulturhus) can be reached in minutes. If needed, we can book a parking space right outside the house for 30 NOK/day (180 NOK/week). By the way, there are great hiking opportunities from Folkeparken which are also within walking distance.
