Holiday rentals with a kayak in Hart County

This was a great place to stay for a weekend at the lake. Really quiet location, perfect place to relax down by the lake.

Pictures don’t do this home justice. The lake, the grounds and the home are STUNNING and so peaceful. We were blessed to spend 8 days here and only left the property one time to grab more groceries. The home is well-appointed with everything you could possibly need during your stay. And Monica is not only extremely responsive, thoughtful and accommodating, but also very kind and easy to deal with. If a getaway from the hustle and bustle is what you’re looking for, there’s literally nothing you’ll be left wanting if you choose this location. It’s clean. It’s quiet. It’s beautiful! It’s relaxing.

Beautiful home and beautiful location. Robert was friendly and made great recommendations for boat rentals. The home was perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the dock swimming and fishing during the day and enjoyed the fire pit at night while the teenagers played pool and ping pong.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday here over the weekend and we could not be more impressed with our stay! The house was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. We are already planning a weeklong stay because we loved it so much! The host communicated and responded to our questions quickly!

The place is amazing! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake views and morning visits from baby deer - you really can’t ask for a better spot to recharge from city life as a family. The house was spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need (and more) for a comfortable stay. There’s also a tucked-away playroom above the garage with rocking chairs and a kids’ craft table, my boys absolutely loved it and spent hours building Legos while their exhausted parents relaxed on the beautiful deck at night. We didn’t have a boat, but still enjoyed the lake to the fullest, the hosts kindly provided a paddleboard and kayak. The walk to the dock was literally just two minutes, with a gentle entry into the lake that’s perfect for little ones, no sharp drops to worry about. The food in the area was hit or miss, but we highly recommend El Arriero at The Shores (fantastic Mexican food) and Grove Fork BBQ. We loved this place! Thank you for having us!

Bruce was so nice and so accommodating, the place was so beautiful and peaceful, the sunset views are the best, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Bruce accommodated us with a last-minute check-in after a bad experience in a neighboring Airbnb. He really saved our family of 13 by letting us check in within an hour of us messaging him, our stay was great and we made great family memories.

Our stay was fantastic! Stephanie was the most accommodating host we’ve ever had when staying with Airbnb. We spent the weekend celebrating my son’s graduation, fishing, kayaking and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

A very beautiful home on the lake. Everything was clean. It was nice sitting on the dock admiring the view, and hanging in the hot tub. The rooms were spacious and the house was well equipped. My family really enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables. The only minor thing that I can complain about is that the single bed bedroom is a pullout chair.

Beautiful house in the middle of the peaceful woods right above Lake Hartwell that has everything you ever dreamed of and is wonderful for any time of the year! The owners are really friendly and have equipped the space with everything you need for a perfect stay, great for both vacation and remote work. The two-story indoor space is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The spacious upstairs porch with table, chairs, grill, and TV is also a great living and working area. Plus there’s a covered dock with chairs to enjoy the lake scene while soaking up the sun, kayaks to explore the inlets, and even a firepit for well-rounded outdoor living!

Solid location and place. Felt safe. Worked great for our family get together. Very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved this stay! They were very accommodating in letting me move my reservation after some family things arose. The parking is as described so pay special note to that. I really appreciated all the small details along with a well stocked kitchen (spices, staples, even s’mores!) and the bathroom essentials. Would recommend and would stay again!

Our recent stay was a delightful experience, offering the perfect blend of peace, quiet, and easy access to the lake. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into creating a welcoming and memorable experience for their guests. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at the lake. The house was inviting and cozy and stocked with everything we needed. The exterior was very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Mary was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

This was the ULTIMATE water sport place to be. I have 3 boys that tore it up like crazy. It felt like every water sport thing you could ever want was there. And the location was phenomenal. My only slight critique is clutter, but I am a minimalist. Highly recommend.

Aaron's place was a great find. Really close to Arrowhead golf club, which is why we were in the area. They have everything you need for your stay. My favorite part was taking a chair down to the lake and watching the sunrise. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

What an amazing place. We stayed for two weeks while my husband was receiving chemo and radiation, and it was so peaceful! Great outdoor space for him to try and relax. Host was accommodating and super nice,. Will stay again, hopefully under better circumstances.

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great location, about 10 minutes from grocery shopping and five minutes from the boat ramp but felt very private. Quiet neighborhood. The two patios were a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The dock is very close to the house so we were able to watch the kids on the dock from the back porch. All in all a great stay and we will definitely be coming back!

We had the best time fishing all weekend there’s a beach door between Lake Hartwell, cabin location, and the town of Hartwell. The guy in the shop is really nice. Sold me shiners and minnows.. We went on to catch many different types of fish that weekend from brim to warm mouth to largemouth bass catfish and even one mystery fish that was very large (stripe bass) most likely which after leaving a rod for 15 to 20 minutes to go back to the cabin to grab a cold beer and tell my kids to stop playing video games and come fish with me again I came back to find the Rod completely gone. It was not a small rod and was not put in a position to be easily pulled off the dock. There is some monster fish out there. We grilled steaks cooked breakfast daily there and had a wonderful time watching movies at night. It was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend on our way to our Helen, Georgia trip which we do most every year. Highly recommend this place!!!

Awesome place to get away and relax. The kids had tons to do, the house and dock are full of amenities, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. We hope to make it an annual tradition!

This host was wonderful to work with. They have been very responsive to us when we needed to contact them. Have been very accommodating to our ever changing schedule. This host has gone over and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend them to anyone needing lodging accommodations in this area.

The cabin in Seneca was perfect for our 3 family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the lake access was great. All sizes of life jackets , beach towels, and kayaks were so helpful. The rooms were clean and everyone had their own space. The room downstairs for the kids was great for the few times it rained. We loved this place

This is our second time staying in this location. We had a wonderful trip and it was the perfect peaceful getaway for our anniversary. We look forward to booking again.
